   We brought a friend from NYC to dinner last Friday night because we knew the good, service and ambience would be superb, as always. We were spot on. Thank you.

   My book group meets there once a month, and we feel like family there. The service is always excellent, and every dish I've tried is delicious. I recently began trying a plant-based diet and discovered a wonderful dish on the menu, called the grain bowl. It deserves a more compelling name because it also includes roasted apple slices that go so very well with the other parts of the meal.

   We love Carpe Diem! (and we don't even drink) Great food and service in a casual wine bar atmosphere. This was our second visit and every dish was never less than very good, and in most cases, excellent to outstanding. The food is better here than it is at 90% of the more famous downtown Napa restaurants - ssshhhhh, don't tell anyone. It'll be a secret just between you and us! Highly recommended, especially the charcuterie plate, the exquisite fish which wasn't overcooked to death the way so many kitchens do, and that phenomenal cheesecake with dried huckleberries. Yum, yum.

   Make sure you go before it turns into a club because you’ll be forced from your spot. We had a booth and spent over $250 on food and drinks. They started prepping for the club and made it awkward to stay. We stated we would like to buy a bottle of champagne and stay if possible and they said no but offered to put us at a table in the back. Good food just make sure you time it right

   Rudest staff I have ever experienced. Far too pretentious and do not care about their diners. The manager is useless and externally patronising. He manages his staff with a relaxed mindset and diners are not the main priority. Food is very average for the price and value. Do not dine here by far the worst meal experience I’ve ever had and ruined my holiday.

   Sweetest service we had in a long time. Guess we’re not average or target customers but they were just lovely with the kids. Food was fantastic!

    They were closed for a private event, but open table let us make a reservation. We were stuck with nowhere to go as everything near us was booked. Had to grab something at hotel
