the staff here were all very friendly, they were accomodating to me as a vegan and the vegan pizza was AMAZING! it was a little loud inside but understandably so, and from where we were sitting we could still have a view of the water without being seated outside. we will definitely be back. thank you!

Had a lovely lunch here yesterday. The food was great, but I also wanted to mention the young waitress who looked after us. She was absolutely lovely—very polite, friendly and attentive, and made us feel very welcome. It’s always nice to receive genuinely good service, and she deserves recognition for it. She was a credit to the restaurant. 😊 Thank you for a great lunch and excellent service!

Friendly service, Risotto was good, duck tough which was disappointing, no sharp knife, ordered drink in tall glass & got a short one twice, sat at a table right near the kitchen which was drafty and had everyone walking behind We had a nice time but the experience could have been better for the price

Chose this restaurant for the first time after reading 5 star reviews. But sadly, disappointed. I'm not racist at all, but having Indians that were extremely hard to understand operating an Italian restaurant was not only quite surprising, but did not make the overall experience a very positive one. When we first arrived, we advised my online booking name and the waiter just pointed to a table way over in the corner without leading the way first which is what normally happens at highly recommended and professionally staffed restaurants. I specifically asked for heating to be supplied at our table when I first booked online as we both enjoy a quiet meal together and prefer to be away from the noise of being inside. I also advised it was our anniversary that was not acknowledged at all. Although we could see 4 x gas heaters sitting comfortably inside a room, that for some reason remained there the entire night, even though it was very cold outside? Again we prefer the quiet and inside was a little busy, so we chose to stay outside and didn't exactly feel comfortable asking. We started our meals off with garlic bread that came out cold. The Fettuccine that followed was the only highlight for the entire night, absolutley beautiful. A request was made to the waiter for a second round of Jim Beam, which for some reason took well over 10 mins to arrive? Overall a very disappointing night and unfortunately, we will not be returning!

We had a great time as a team for our staff night out, food was great, great value for how many people compared to how much food we ordered. Service is always nice and professional.

The service from Ivy was amazing, she was very professional and friendly at all times. The food was hot and delicious. The only fault about the food we had was there was no pork fillet available which we had originally ordered but then was told about 5 minutes later that it was not available that night. So a little bit disappointed by that as it is my husbands favourite meal but he had a pizza instead and enjoyed it. Just on a separate note, and this is more just an observation after working in hospitality myself for 10 years. There was a table of 8 come in to dine and were seated near the front windows. They sat down, ordered and must have only ordered mains. About 10-15 minutes after they were seated, the other waitress working (not Ivy) came and collected the side plates that were on their table and placed them back on the pile to be reused. This waitress has then reset the table in front of us with 4 of those plates. While they plates were not used as such, the table of 8 included 4 youngish children. During that time, the plates were on the table in front of these customers and could have done anything to the plates (sneezed, coughed, played with etc). It probably would have been more hygienic to have these plates washed prior to them being given to other customers. I did note it on my Open Table Booking and mentioned it upon arrival, but when it came time to use my $120 voucher and pay the difference, I did the get third degree from the male on the register, who then proceeded to ask (quite condensing) was everything up to my standard tonight. Anyhow, those are just a couple of observations. The food and service by Ivy was impeccable and that is the main thing...So thank you!
