Our server, Jen, was amazing as always. She is so personable and funny. She is a gem and I’m so happy she is an employee at CHCC.

Enjoyed a fantastic mid year birthday celebration. The table was perfect! Music was enjoyable. The food amazing. And the best part was the customized menu wishing my group happy birthday. Angelo was our waiter. HE IS THE BEST!

The summer menu was excellent with good variety. The vegetables tasted fresh. I ordered the salmon with olive tamponade and it was perfectly cooked, nicely seared but not too much. I waitress was extremely professional, attentive. We were given time before ordering as well as an appropriate time in between ordering and receiving our meal so as to feel not rushed and we were able to decompress from a busy week. Cascade Hills has a calm and quiet atmosphere but had a nice energy as usual.

Jeremy, Riche, and the gentleman that was working the Buffet Serving Line were so wonderful! Jeremy was also very entertaining as well!

Jen was fantastic as always! Really, really appreciated how nearly all of the sushi buffet was gluten friendly and that we could do gluten free tempora too. My daughter and I had a great time. Thank you again for the attention to being gluten free and safe eating, so appreciated!

Angela’s salad came out late and wrong. Had to send back. Angela’s main dish came out wrong and had to send back for a new one. Food was great though Thanks
