The chicken in the butter chicken meal was un edible, instead of chicken breast ( which is what we expected in butter chicken ). It was to me the chicken that nobody eats, grey small bits , we both left the meal and ate just of rice and sauce which was ok. This chicken maybe the norm for this meal, certainly not what we were expecting

Staff are great , the hotel rooms are spotlessly clean . The evening meal was great , and the breakfast was really well cooked and good quality

Great restaurant. Food was good. Service exceptional. Ambience was cool. Dress was casual The only reason I marked it down: if you advertise a sweet potato and chickpea tagine, with the wording in that order, you would expect a little more sweet potato in your tagine. When I gave that opinion, I was told that they don't put much sweet potato in that sort of dish. If that is the case, advertised it as a chickpea tagine. It still tasted amazing, and it was spicy, but I had maybe 3 bits of potato in it, which for me, was a disappointment. However, the ginger cheesecake: nothing to complain about. It was fantastic

Delicious steak and a lovely glass of red wine which was free as early bird so good value. Staff were attentive but at times checked us too much so became intrusive.

Food was just okay. We only ate here because we were staying at the hotel. There’s definitely better fish and chips at other places. Service was good.
