There is simply no better steak around! And that’s saying something because the Jackson/Ridgeland area has some incredible places to eat! The service was a bit slow but we were with friends and made the best of it. (To be fair, our server seemed to get a few tables pretty much all at once.) But the food was amazing and you should absolutely GO there!! Oh and if you like seafood, their crab cake literally has NO filler!!

Seems they have changed meat suppliers … out of NY Strips …. Filet was not great…very firm

Such an amazing experience with my favorite place to dine! Erik was absolutely fantastic and accommodating! Dees and Brian frequently came by the table to check on us. I desired a different version of the drink I wanted and Courtney made THE perfect version of the Espresso Martini I love. Overall, I can’t find a place that makes me feel more special with the most amazing food anywhere in the whole state of MS! Char is my go to because of the staff and this experience was a great example of why!

Going to Char is a rare treat for us. We don't go out for fine dining very often. But it was a big birthday/retirement dinner. All the employees signed a nice card for us and gave us celebratory glasses of champagne. The food was delicious. Our server Erik was great. This will always be one of our go-to places for special evenings.

CHAR is one of our favorite restaurants to eat in the Jackson area. The service is always top-tier. The drinks are perfect perfection. And the food is always amazing. This is our go to spot. We want a perfect date night.

Both of us ordered ribeye steaks and they were huge and delicious!! Our waitress, AJ, provided excellent service!! It was a great experience.

Excessive wait time , sides ordered not available and was not disclosed until main entree is served. Management made it extremely difficult for us to come back and try this restaurant again. Never had this much of disappointment for the money we spent.
