Great service and excellent food. Once the order was taken, the food arrived very quickly so we weren’t waiting long between courses. Very authentic food.

點了福建炒飯及蝦餃、小籠包、义燒腸粉、山竹牛肉球及臘味蘿蔔糕。食評如下：福建炒飯🩷🩷🩷：非常出色。不但材料豐富，最難得係炒得有鑊氣🔥。如芡汁淡少許就更完美😋 蝦餃🩷🩷🩷: 非常出色。蝦肉飽滿爽脆、餃皮結實，不會鹹。比香港很多酒樓還優勝👍 小籠包🩷🩷: 出色。皮薄，吃時有肉汁流出💦。义燒腸粉🩷🩷: 出色。皮厚薄及煙靭度適中，义燒美味😋 山竹牛肉: 一般。只是個人口味比較喜歡軟軟的口感及有豐富果皮味道的山竹牛肉。這𥚃的就比較結實。臘味蘿蔔糕🩷🩷🩷: 非常出色。質地軟硬適中。煎完皮脆內軟有臘味香味及蘿蔔甜味。必點👍 還有要讚員工服務非常好，有位說是兼職的員工常帶笑容及主動多次為每人斟茶☺️，比酒店的服務還好😍😍

We did not know what to expect - but were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. Table was pre-booked and there was no waiting time as such. Place was buzzing. We ordered cyrstal buns, dumplings, custard buns and other dishes as well. They were very nice with the jasmine tea which I recommend highly. Food was light on the stomach and delicious at the same time. I feel proces are reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this place for authentic chinese cuisine experience.
