Table was not clean when we were seated. Restaurant was not busy but still took an hour to get an appetizer, let alone food. Other tables experienced the same. One left after getting an appetizer and waited still. Server was great. Food was ok, but two meals were missing parts, crew acted as if they weren't even part of the meal.

Let me first start off by saying this used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately this trip has put a very bad taste in our mouths. The restaurant was extremely slow and after being sat it took 20 to 25 minutes for our server to even come over and get drink orders. It then took another 15 minutes to bring us our waters back. Our waiter seemed annoyed even before he came to our table. We ordered table side Guac and it is was 2 of the smallest avocados I’ve ever seen. The server made it with way too much like so we asked for it to be remade with less lime. He then left our table and went to make it on the back. When he came back his exact words were here is your Guac with NO lime which was not what asked and still tasted terrible. We then requested our bill for what we had received and left. I hope they are able to make the needed changes to have this restaurant back to what it was when it was located by Disney springs. I will add the manager did come over and was very apologetic and offered to cover our queso and 2 happy hour House margaritas but unfortunately the damaged had already been done by our server.

Food was meh. I had the Burris taco special. It was pet dry and not enough dipping sauce. Our server didn’t seem to want to be at work that night. He didn’t crack a smile or anything. Not very attentive.

We waited over an hour for tacos. When they came, they were hard and not good. This is not my normal experience at Chevys and it was a complete disappointment.

Second time we have eaten at this restaurant. Food outstanding. Drinks outstanding We had. Great time. Fairly decent service for a busy location Server wax very attentive once we got her attention. She Had many other tables and a large party . All in all she handled us well. We tipped her extra. We will return. Please Continue providing great food, cocktails and fun environment

Gregorio and Erika were simply amazing. They had the beat recommendations and service. We will be coming back and requesting them a servers. The food was so hot and fresh, it was all so delicious

The food was good but cold. We come here a lot and have been coming to this location since the day it opened (ironically we didnt know it was the day it opened til we sat down). But this time had horrible service. Our server had an attitude from the start. We sat in the cantina in case we wanted to do taco Tues which we ended up not doing. It wasn't busy, there was us and 3 other tables of 2 and 4 of which 2 did the tacos which were self service. We were there about an hour and a half and we were the only table in the section when we sat down. Took 15 minutes for her to show up. If this had been my first time I wouldn't go back. But I definitely wouldn't want our server again. Never saw her walking around. And the other tables complained as well on the way to the bathroom i overheard one table said she left for 20 minutes with their credit card to pay the tab. Wasn't assisting other tables. Just walked in the back.

Food was great but they were severely understaffed. My daughter didn’t get her soup until she was almost done with her meal. I asked for flour tortillas and finally got them 15 minutes later. Asked for drink refills twice. After the second request I turned on a timer, at the 9 minute mark I went to the hostess and showed her the timer. I called the manager over and asked if he could check me out. It was very disappointing, hopefully just a bad night because the food was really good. I was going to ask for the drinks & soup to be removed from my bill but my daughter was embarrassed and said she would pay that part lol.

Our experience was phenomenal from the moment we walked in to when we left. The ladies up front were super sweet, our waitress was quick, friendly and was able accommodate all of our many requests. The manager was also able to help out with a technical issue I was having with their rewards program. I'm so happy they opened one in this location since I lived in S. Florida before and also loved my go-to spot in the Times Square location before they closed it down years ago. Glad I picked this spot for my birthday.

Food was really good, and the server was super nice. However she was way too busy and it was obvious they were severely understaffed. Not sure if this was a normal thing or not, but would not go back if it was. Our server had about 10 different tables that I counted and we were waiting a lot for her to get to our table.

Excellent!!! Always a must when we are in Orlando. Friendly servers, friendly hosts and amazing food comes out without too much wait - which is crucial overtired parents and kids!!! Thank you for never disappointing! So yummy!!

Server was horrible. Never offered me any water nor if I wanted another drink. Matter of fact he left without excusing himself. As I was waiting to be seated I heard him begging the manager to leave early. Manager declined his request and they still sat us in his section which he provided poor service for not wanting to work. I found out he left after I asked another server for him because I needed some water and a to go box. Server came back and said your server had an “emergency” so he left. That server apologize on his behalf and bought manager over. Manager did comp $9 off bill which was a joke. He also did not take my info for my reward account. Food was great but service was not the best!!

Hostess sat us as soon as our party was assembled. The waitress was very pleasant and provided menu guidance. When the food arrived, it was hot and delicious. Refills of drinks and chips/salsa was very timely. We ate outside, the atmosphere really complemented the meal.

Took the grandkids for an early dinner. Hostess was nice. The gentleman that seated us had a cough and coughed on our menus and silverware settings. Service was friendly but slow. When we arrived it wasn’t busy but by the time we left the restaurant was full. Our food took a long time so much so that we had two baskets of chips and the waitress offered a third. Manager was present but not doing much to help the overwhelmed server. Food tasted good and was warm when it arrived. Bathrooms were dirty to the point of questioning the rest of the restaurant. Don’t think we will be back to this location. Very disappointing.

Would absolutely recommend this place. Our server Richard was kind, PATIENT and very friendly. Can't wait to come back to Orlando. I will definitely be visiting again. Also, they're mimosas are the best!
