Second time we have been to this location. The staff seems very put off by the fact that they get busy. Half of them were very helpful but the mood there seems to be annoyed that they have customers. The hotel owns it so that might have something to do with it. Great location with a vibrant downtown Ft Myers with great night life. If you walk into here its a completely different sluggish vibe..

The staff were Excellent, especially for opening to us and not canceling our reservation. Our waitress did a great job and on top of all our needs. The front entrances for the Luminary were closed off for floor updates, and the "Pub" was closed to the public.

Our server today was great! He was managing and serving the whole place alone. He was kind and personable! The games were great and fun. The food was so yummy! The only thing is the temperature was getting warm in the building, but overall an awesome experience! We will be back! Perfect date night!

We rented a bay for an hour to try out a new driver. The experience was OK, but we feel we will still need to go to a driving range. The food was average.

We had a wonderful time at Chips celebrating an early Father’s Day! We loved the golf options as well as other sports games to mix it up. Justin was an absolutely wonderful and attentive server/host/bartender, it seems like he wore many hats and did a great job at handling it all!

We love Chips! The games are a blast and a great value for the rental price. Justin was an amazing server. The food and drinks were great. We come decently frequently and will continue to. Thanks for a fun time!
