Very cool ambiance, albeit different than the Church and Union in Charleston. The bar sets the stage for a top notch experience. We loved the option of the prix fix menu, and it was delicious-economically priced. The drinks were good, but not worth the $16-20 price point. What we found odd was that in a moderately populated restaurant on a Sunday evening, we (2 top) were seated next to a loud party of 6 when there were plenty of other tables to be seated at. Lastly, while the food was prompt and tasty, I saw our server return our desserts to the kitchen because they were fired too early. (We were given about 10 minutes to eat our entrée). The dessert plates were cold and the bottom of our desserts were too cold to be eaten. While well-intended, it felt a bit like a pressured eating experience after.

We are here for my husband’s birthday and it was pretty decent. I was a little annoyed that I made a reservation and they told us when we arrived that they were waiting on a table to open up for us….. even though I made a reservation. But the food was pretty yummy not a huge selection but very yummy brunch foods. The drinks were good but a little pricey! Our waiter seemed to be in a little bit of a rush the whole time and didn’t really stop to tell us about the menu or drink options but we made do!

The service was amazing, informed waiter who knew the menu and wine menu with no pressure to up-sale. The food was out-of-this world. We all had something different, and we all argued over who’s was best! 10 out of 10 - 100% go!!

We’ve eaten here twice for brunch. Both times with large groups 12-16 people. The food and drinks were great both times. Service was excellent the second time, good the first time. Fun, classy environment. I’d recommend it to friends!

Food was outstanding. Joseph, our server, was one of the best servers we have ever had. Steered us perfectly in our food selection. Was attentive and friendly. Restaurant was perhaps a bit loud but it was a Saturday night so probably to be expected.

They gave us the worst seat in the house, a small corner area with a view of the wall behind a curtain. We wanted to experience the openness front area of the restaurant, not seat in a corner hidden from everybody. This restaurant seems to cater to groups only and they don’t care about couples. We asked for a better table and the manager told us that it would be a long wait (over an hour). It did not matter that we had reservations. We asked if we could seat at the bar while we waited. He left to check. Came back later and told us he had seats at the bar for us. When we got there, 2 ladies were there talking and ordering drinks, but they had their own table close to the bar. Instead of helping us, the manager told us to wait for them to move. He left us awkwardly standing in the limited space of the hallway were guests and waiters were passing us by. We were debating on just leaving, but it was raining outside and we had already paid $40 for parking! So, we waited and when the ladies moved back to their table we took the seats. The bartender was very busy and we had to wave to catch her attention to get menus. We ordered drinks and an appetizer while we waited. No one came by to check on us, the manager should have checked on us, but did not. And he did NOTHING to make our experience there better. One of the hostesses was busy flirting with a guy at the bar. The others were all about themselves. We were hungry and ended up eating at the bar. Great drinks. The food was good except for the dessert that was way too sweet. The bartender was sweet, and she was doing a good job having a busy night, kudos to her. We spent $260 and felt like their customer service needs to improve. They were all about the groups there.

We booked brunch and our service was amazing from the start. David took such great care of us, his recommendations we spot on for our party of 8. The food was prompt and delicious. We will definitely return! We had read reviews and they were correct, a truly cool place to visit.

Server submitted the order incorrectly. Ordered the mahi-mahi and it was not good and very small. Odd coupling with pieces of celery and the sauce was not good.

Reserved brunch for a friends birthday on a busy Saturday. Our waiter was great and attentive especially their their prime time brunch hours. He was wonder and made the experience great for our first time and for a party of 8. Drinks and food was great. Very enjoyable.

The restaurant has a cool layout and beautiful bar. Our waiter was friendly and answered all our questions. It was our first time and he had many recommendations. We started with deliciously chilled martinis. The southern salad was a great mix of ingredients. My husband enjoyed the prawns and pork belly. Very indulgent dish. I ordered the market fish which was mahi-mahi. It was a little overcooked but the couscous made up for it. Over all a really great night out.
