Service was not that great. Didn’t feel welcome once we said we don’t drink. I understand it’s a wine bar but we went for the food. Lots of people don’t drink but still want great food and service.

We ordered a custom charcuterie board, proccuito bruschetta, and the duck gnocchi paired with vodka martinis. overall great experience! our server was very knowledgeable on the menu items and gave good recommendations and service.

We were there when they open for dinner so, it was quiet and we had the whole restaurant for ourselves for about 1/2 hour! Service was prompt and gracious and the food was very good.

The bartender/wait staff were amazing. They had a full night and yet made our dinner just as special and wonderful as if they were not busy. They gave us time to enjoy our drinks, food, and each other. They were respectful and pleasing. Best night I've had a long while. And the food is absolutely amazing. Do yourself a favor and get the corn dogs! OUT OF THIS WORLD dining!

We are visiting Charlotte for the week and dined at Cicchetti. We love the small plates dining experience and would definitely return! We had a wonderful dining experience thanks to Robin, our server, and the team, including our hostess, Alex, and one other server who worked together to provide a very enjoyable experience. The food was delicious and delivered timely, our water (and wine 😉) glasses stayed filled, and we dined leisurely without being rushed. Highly recommend!

It was just ok. Not bad, but not great. Too expensive for what you get. Espresso served in a large teacup. Free valet parking was a joke. Had to wait 45 minutes to get car. Inside restaurant not helpful with this at all…really bad considering what we paid for our meal.

We usually go to Aria but it was booked. Cicchetti was right next door and so I booked there not knowing it was affiliated with Aria. I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance - it was a great atmosphere, very busy, the food was great and we had a lot of fun. Will definitely go back!

Cicchetti has always been one of our favorite restaurants but we unfortunately had a bad experience. After making reservations weeks ago the three of us were seated at high-top table for two while there were plenty of other tables available. When we asked to be switched we were told they were held for other reservations that had not arrived yet. We had to ask mid-meal to get our water glasses filled for the first time and to get second orders of drinks. We then had to move candles and drinks off the table to make our dishes barely fit on the table only ti be told we could not move those items there. The meat and cheese boards have drastically changed. While boards like these are always pricey , $8 for such small portions was excessive. Additionally they came with no extras like bread/crackers, fruit, preserves and just 2-3 pieces of marinated vegetables etc. We spent almost $50 for the board that was barely enough for one. We also asked for focaccia to go with it but it arrived after we were done with the board. The croquettes and bruschetta were good as always but the oyster taste profile was just off. The panzanella salad was new for me here and was great. I will go again because I have previously had good experiences here. However, I hope that corrections are made for proper space at tables and some of the dishes are corrected along with better service.

This was our first time at Cicchetti. We went with friends before going to see a show. We tried several tapas plates. All were so very delicious! Even though it’s a wine bar, we ordered mixed drinks. They were all spot on! Looking forward to going again soon!

Small plates are taken to an extreme here. They need 2-3 normal dinners in my opinion. No veg anywhere on the menu. I did look before booking, just wasn't prepared for how small the menu was. Incredibly tight space and very loud. We love Aria. But won't go back to Cachetti.

Small plates were very good. My wife and I shared steak skewers, olive bruchetta, and croquette "meatballs". All very good. We were disappointed by the scookies we ordered for dessert. They ranged from very doughy to very dry and not very flavorful.

Our server, AZ, was fantastic! We ordered what he recommended and were completely blown away. The small plates were perfect and the wine selection was great! Cicchetti was also very reasonably priced. For two people, three small plates, dessert, and a bottle of wine was just a bit over $70. I highly recommend this place.

Definitely more of a date place than a business meal place. Business meals and tapas do not mox. But that’s my fault, no Cicchetti’s.

Our waiter AZ was attentive, friendly, and made sure our table of 6 was never without service. The manager came by to check on us and made us feel like she genuinely cared about us, the customer.

The food, service, drinks were excellent, but the cheese tray had only a few pieces of one cheese, along with nice sour cheeries bruschetta and other things. At $18, it was a rip off. But the other little dishes we had, the white bean &kale and the warm cod spread with bruschetta, were generous and very reasonably priced.

Food was PHENOMENAL! There was not a single food item we didn’t like. Our whole party tried about half the menu put together, so that should tell you something! The drinks were wonderful - my fiancé had 2 cocktails, I had a beer and 2 glasses of brut, and my parents split a bottle of Pinot Grigio! Service was just as amazing as everything else! We will definitely be back 🥰
