Situated on the second floor, this elegant East Village bar seduces guests with a tidy but creative Cuban-inspired menu designed to appeal to most diners. It features traditional pub favorites like crispy wings, beef empanada, chicken skewers and pork belly sliders. A hit with the local crowd, Cienfuegos makes a nice choice for a leisurely meal or enjoying drinks with friends. Laid back ambiance, festive decor and the feeling you are in a hide-away make this place a gem. Staff is respectful and warm, food is good (but you have to order a lot if you want a meal. The drinks are fun!!

The menu ended up being much smaller than i expected - it's more of a place for apps and drinks than dinner, but the ambiance is SO GREAT that it didn't matter. We had a tiny table in the corner with 2 comfy chairs and could have stayed there all night - just so pleasant, lighting and decor just perfect. Definitely would go again!

Great ambiance, amazing drinks, very friendly service, and decent food. My favorite dish was the coconut shrimp, everything else was good but NOT amazing. I would NOT recommend this place for parties greater than 2 since the seating is cramped.

Love the look of this place and the food was ample and quite tasty.. Almost left however because the noise level was crazy. People just shouting over one another. It was however a Friday night so.... I was there once during the week and it was great!

Really amazing place, so happy to have chanced upon it. The food was amazing and the drinks were absolutely insane. Definitely try their special in-house cocktail drinks. But that being said, the food menu was limited and the place was a little pricey for the East Village.

I came here with a couple buddies and was blown away by the experience. I could have enjoyed this by myself. It was fantastic. The Kale Empanadas were amazing. I don't even know how it was possible to taste so good. The waitress was super prompt and very polite.
