   This is a great place for breakfast. They can accommodate large parties easily. The staff was awesome!! I would definitely go back.

    I usually don’t do reviews but this place is AMAZING! Took my mom out to brunch for her 55th birthday, it was a group of 7 including my two little kiddos and the service and food was superb!! Everyone had a great time and everyone ate all of their food even my two little ones who are 2 and 9months. Definitely nice spot to go with your significant other, group of friends and family and your kids. Will be back soon!!

    Service was pretty slow, and at times-not very efficient.. there were things we added to our order that we never received… waiters seemed to be overwhelmed as it was busy on a Sunday. Besides that, experience was ok 👍🏽

    Would have been a great experience if it didn’t take so long for food and being asked to give up our table when it took awhile for food and our check to arrive was pretty upsetting. Our waitress was great but I wouldn’t suggest going here unless you have ample time and okay with being asked to leave once you get your check.

After 2 hours at your table, I simply let you know the next reservation had arrived and would you like me to save you seats in the bar so you can stay longer. Our longest ticket time in the kitchen was 24 minutes and they ran under 20 minutes the majority of the day. I'm sorry you felt upset by this, but we do need to accommodate all our reservations and believe 2 hours is a generous amount of time during peak hours. I'm glad you enjoyed your brunch celebration!

    Coffee House is a really good, consistent option. The food is well above your average breakfast place with a nice variety of options. So far, the only thing I haven't really been a fan of are there beignets. Everything else has been extremely good quality. Service can be hit or miss, but during busy times they could be triple or quadruple seating some servers, so I hesitate in giving them a less than good review for service. I'm sure they're experiencing staffing issues like everywhere else.

    My food was great but my partner tried the French toast sandwich (specifically because it said it was rated best sandwich of 2022) but instead it was underwhelming to say the least. It was dry, dense, and not a lot of flavor. Also they changed their potatoes which use to be their signature dish with rosemary and full of flavor. Now they are also bland and flavorless. I tried the hash browns casserole and it on the hand was delicious! Highly recommend. I did notice the price increase on pretty much the whole menu which I understand is probably due to inflation.

    First, let me say, that I am in the hospitality service industry, and always try to show grace when going somewhere for a dining experience. However, today’s experience was definitely subpar. The food was very good. However, the other challenges we experienced far outweighed the good food. Upon arrival for our reservation, several groups came in after us, and were seated, which lead us having to wait for our reserved table to be prepared. The room we were placed in is, apparently the room where larger parties are set, or where families with kids are placed. The room was very loud, so much so, that we could not even talk and visit amongst ourselves. When I asked the hostess, if we could be moved to another table, the only option she gave me was to go to the patio and she informed me if that didn’t work for us, she would not move us again. She was very rude. it also was so loud in the room that we were in that our server had to yell anytime he came to check on us and get our feedback as to our experience. And then last, the food for half of the table came out 5 to 7 minutes prior to the rest of our parties food, which meant that we were not able to eat together because of the lag in service time.

We definitely don't want you feeling this uncomfortable, and while seating for larger groups is only available in the room (louder during busy Sunday brunch) or on our quieter heated patio, I would have shown you how very warm and comfortable it is under our mega heaters instead of the colder unheated front area guests tend to check for temperature and then refuse.

    Love the cafe ambience. Our waiter was patient, soft spoken, accommodating and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the food and made some great suggestions. Our food was amazing!! I will be back!!!

    The staff was very friendly but not very attentive. We were a party of 6 having breakfast. 2 of us ordered regular coffee but it took at least an extra 10 minutes after the rest of our party received their drinks before our coffee was brought out. When our food was served, butter and syrup was not brought to the table even though we had ordered pancakes and French toast. After waiting a bit, we had to ask for these items as our food was quickly getting cold. Overall the food was great; I’ve been here multiple times in the past and it always tastes good. But, prices have gone up quite a bit which is understandable but disappointing especially considering the lack of service. Given my most recent experience, I just can’t justify the overall value. I’ll likely consider other options first in the future.

We invest in our own tailored organic fair trade blend which is locally roasted for us by Eiland, a top roaster, and have specific processes and maintenance to ensure consistency and a superior cup of coffee for our guests. We definitely don't want you to feel like it's regular diner coffee and appreciate the feedback.

    Wonderful food and great staff and an overall good experience! I came in on a day where it was 20 something degrees outside and was still cold inside and only ask if the heater could be cranked up a little on cold days.
