The service was great but was a little disappointed in the decor. The music was really loud and we couldn’t hardly talk over it. The drinks were just ok.
Conductor ClubRespondió el 18 de marzo de 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the service, but sorry to hear the music volume and décor impacted your experience and that the drinks didn’t fully impress. We appreciate you sharing this with us.

The themes are starting to be visually lackluster in comparison to other years. Also some inclusivity or perhaps bolster the decor for the actual holiday being represented.
Conductor ClubRespondió el 18 de marzo de 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you sharing this and are sorry to hear the themes and décor didn’t meet your expectations this time. We’ll be sharing your comments with our team as we continue to evolve and improve future experiences.

The Beatles theme for Valentine's Day was adorable. We love all the little details. The drinks are always terrific. Scott and staff always do an amazing job and this theme was no different. We always have a fun time!

The Beatles theme was spot on. From the decor to the music to the cocktails. So much fun. Can’t wait for the next theme! Small, intimate space, which is great, but unfortunately makes reservations hard to come by.
