   Se encuentra junto al sport bar del hotel, por lo que es un poco ruidoso. Aun cuando le decoración es de tonos obscuros para mi gusto, tiene buena ambientación moderna de buen gusto. Todo lo que pedimos estuvo excelente, los camarones con grits, el salmón y el flat iron steak estuvieron excelentes. Excelente servicio, atención y calidad de comida. Muy recomendable.

   Had a great experience at Corner. I got a table there for my 30th birthday, and it was perfect. The service was great, the food was delicious, and the drinks were just what we needed. Definitely going back!

   Didn’t care for my food (which the server recommended) but he never came by to check on me. Ate what I could & had him take away the rest. He did not offer any substitutes or apology

    Appetizer came out after the main courses which is a pet peeve of mine. Food was great though and they did take it off the tab.

    Our gathering of out of town family was a success at the Corner as the restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes from hamburgers to salmon to enchiladas. In addition, there was a reasonably price wine selection, numerous beers, and commonly available non-alcoholic beverages. The quality of the food was excellent as was the service provided to our group of eight. Great gathering place in downtown Austin.

    We came for breakfast early. Coffee tasted bad and took 10 minutes from seating to table. Seemed it was not just me that needed the coffee as service was slow and hard to find anyone to help. At one point I had to get up and find a server to assist.

    We ate here almost a year ago, had great service, food was wonderful, and we couldn’t wait to go back. Since we live in Round Rock, we don’t get downtown very often. We had an opportunity to return this past weekend for our friend’s Birthday and I remarked on the reservation that it was Cathy’s Birthday. This time, I was a little disappointed and not in a hurry to go back. Our first waitress was Elora and she was wonderful but we heard she no longer worked there. We had Brendan instead and he was not very attentive. It took forever to get drinks, which may not have been Brendan’s fault but I do feel that he could have communicated with us a bit better about the situation. Cathy (BDay girl) ordered a glass of wine but what she ordered was not in stock. She was not informed of this until all of our other drinks came out. She ordered an alternate glass and we were all finished our drinks and ready to order a second and had eaten our appetizer before her glass arrived. The short ribs were the main reason I wanted to go back. They were delicious the first time, but this time they were dry and disappointing. Cathy also never received ANY kind of Happy Birthday wish from the staff. Not even just a little comment from anyone. Overall disappointing. Even though I’m not opposed to going back to Corner, there are a lot of other restaurants in this area and I think we will try those out instead of returning to Corner

    The food was great and ambiance was nice. It was a cold night and we were seated next to the door so it was a bit chilly inside each time someone opened the door. I would keep that in mind next time I go.

    It was a freezing cold evening and they had wait staff that kept going in and out of the door that led to the outdoor seating. The outdoor seating area was closed since it was so cold out. All the patrons in our section are their dinners with their coats on because it was so uncomfortably cold. Our waiter would disappear for long stretches of time.

    Great location, handcrafted cocktails, ceviche was delicious. Our house salad was overdressed, and would have been tasty other than that. I'd still go here again, maybe ask them to dress the salad lightly next time.

    Went with some friends before a show. Saw some reviews that were mixed and gave it a try. The food was good, but the service wasn’t. I understand a lot of restaurants struggling to keep servers. I’m not sure if that is the issue here but regardless, I don’t know if I’d come back. For the price, the food wasn’t so good I have to come back. Nothing here you couldn’t find somewhere else.

    There was a group of 12 of us. We all split the tan evenly when the bill came, however I got stuck with the entire $1000 bill on my card a couple days later and all of the people with us still had their portion on their cards. Not sure if a management oversight or someone trying to make money. Called the manager and 2 weeks later it was finally corrected. That should not have been run that way to start with. We won’t be going back there.

    We had reservations, they sat us right away. The place was really busy. It’s very unfortunate our food took almost 1 1/2 hours to come out. We had to go to the bartender to get our drinks, they were highly under staffed. Asked for our starters to come out first, they came out with the rest of the food. I felt bad for the waitress, she comped our drinks due to the timing it took to serve them. Food was ok.

    Brunch at Corner was nice. Our server was very nice. We both ordered the breakfast burger without the egg. I know, then it’s just a cheeseburger but that’s all we wanted. It is a double patty burger which made it a good-sized portion. It was accompanied by breakfast potatoes (baked fingerlings with a mild spice). I had a regular coffee, which was served very hot, yay! And my companion had an almond milk latte, also served hot, again yay! The coffee/espresso is very good.

    We left. At night, Corner is OK, but when we went in the daylight the booth furniture seemed really run down, they crammed 5 of us into a booth that really sat 4, and we started out with an order of cappuccinos - which came out ice cold. The brunch menu was underwhelming, so we paid and went elsewhere.
