Información sobre este restaurante

Cranston's Restaurant is located in the Old Waverley Hotel at 43 Princes Street, Edinburgh and offers modern and tradition Scottish fare for tourists and locals. Near to Cranston's are the Scottish Parliament Building and Edinburgh Castle. A sample lunch might be composed of Highland smoked Scottish salmon, wild mushroom pasta and chocolate Lumpy Bumpy fudge cake; a sample dinner can be made up of single or multiple courses with entrees such as pan-fried rack of lamb with mashed potatoes, roast vegetables and Cranston's Restaurant own wholegrain mustard sauce. For the most relaxed dining experience, make a booking in advance as seats may fill up quickly during busy times of the day. The Old Waverley first opened as a temperance hotel in 1848 and with 150 years of history behind it, many visitors enjoy looking around the venue either before or after a meal.
