Dagabi Cucina is a Spanish inspired tapas bar and restaurant in Boulder, Colorado. The menu ranges through many traditional Spanish meals as well as creative new dishes that reflect the kitchen�s use of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. The full bar includes specialty cocktails, craft beer and an extensive wine list to pair with your meal. Dagabi Cucina�s menu starts with small, shareable plates such as charcuterie and wood-fired pizzas. Other tapas options at Dagabi Cucina include fish croquetas, Spanish tortilla and stuffed, wrapped dates. Larger dishes include traditional paella for the table, or plates like grilled tuna, sirloin steak and seafood stew.

Hard to find because the address is on Broadway, but you can't see it from the street. Its hidden behind Lucky's Market. Go into the Lucky's parking lot and park there. The restaurant is in a strip down a few steps, and across a small plaza. We were there on a quiet Sunday night. Surprisingly uncrowded neighborhood gem. Great, creative cocktails. Beautiful and bountiful salads. Tried the paella, two pasta dishes (one with gluten free pasta) and a chicken dish. All were really great. Prices were very reasonable for such good food. We would go there again if we were going to be in town longer!

As always, the food was amazing, and I am still eating the leftovers...the balsamic mushrooms on the pizza for breakfast is glorious ; ) And my Cosmo was perfect!

The appetizers and wines by the glass were good, but our entrees were not good at all. I got a mushroom ravioli dish that was mushy and overpoweringly garlicky. My husband got a seafood lasagna dish that tasted "off" - like funky shellfish. Our waitress told us that the kitchen staff was new and did not know what they were doing. Somewhat disappointing experience, though it would be worth trying again (maybe just for apps and drinks) as it is in a cute location tucked away in North Boulder and has good ambiance.

Almost the traditional tapas restaurant/cantina from Spain. Slightly dissapointed by the wine list, but food was excellent, good choices, well served in a timely way. A little noisy, so small group better,

Such a great place in the neighborhood. Great vibes, great food, and they pour good drinks, not skimpy. It's a go-to place for me. Dependable, warm and cheerful.

Went to Dagabi on a first date and sat from happy hour to 9pm. Our waiter was attentive but non intrusive. We could converse at a reasonable volume. The food was fantastic just off the Tapas menu. I would recommend Dagabi particularly for happy hour as the Tapas menu is extensive and pleased a wide variety of palates and food sensitivities. This has become my favorite hot spot.

Outdoor seating was very nice. We were there for happy hour. The service was very good and the tapas we ordered were all delicious, especially the pizza and the mushrooms!
