So we went here for my son’s 21st birthday, we were a group of 14, when you first walked in there was no one at the front desk or anywhere at that matter so we was just kind of standing around waiting for an employee to come and assist us because we had a reservation but no one come to talk to us we had to go searching for employee, not sure why I made reservations when they didn’t even have our table ready they had to put table together and we had to wait anyways. I don’t know what our server name was because she didn’t introduce yourself or maybe she did, I didn’t hear it, the food kinda came out one or two at a time instead of all at the same time and one of our guest didn’t get their food until everyone was almost done with their food, the server was not very attentive at all she would walk so fast so I didn’t even bother asking for anything. We wanted spit checks, and I guess she didn’t put the orders in order so it took a long time for us to get our check, I will admit that we should’ve told her we wanted separate checks in the beginning but you know a lot of times in a big party guest are going to asked for separate checks so I would put the food in order so is easier to split at the end.

I am a bit hesitant to put this review and give the rating I gave. We have been to this location many times and often has no issue. Once we arrived we were told that someone will sit us at the dinning area. We had a reservation and when the host came in we were just told to sit anywhere with an attitude which was not appreciated as we spent quite a bit of money that day. Our sever (I believe his name is Jamal) was fantastic and was given a very good tip for the wonderful service provided. The noise level is expected as it is an arcade and with all the kids and the sports bar and all the machines at the arcade combine.

Dave and Busters was recommended to me by coworkers and man, it’s THE greatest place in Vegas to take the kids when we adults want to relax haha. Where else can the kids play games and have tons of fun while we adults can sit back for some wings and drinks? Super nice place too-and when we adults play the games, yeah it’s an awesome selection. Great food and drinks too. Awesome wings

Food is great. It's a great venue if you have kids and want to talk with other adults while the kids amuse themselves with the gaming. Noise level is a little too high for easy conversation.

Auto gratuity on a party of 6? Fine. But at least give us service. We sat forever before she finally came over and asked what we wanted, waited another 20 minutes to order, she NEVER refilled our drinks, then someone else brought out our food. When she brought the bill she ASKED FOR MORE OF A TIP! I was paying cash and waited another 20 minutes before complaining to the manager. The manager listened to my complaints and didn't even give us the option to knock something off the bill. Truthfully, this is the worst service I have ever received at Dave and Busters. With auto gratuity, there is no incentive to do a good job. We will not be back.

Overall a decent experience, bartender was friendly enough, food was pretty basic bar food, energetic space to play games but nice to be able to have proper dinner and drinks afterwards.

Honestly this was the best experience my family has ever had there. Each time is always fun and pleasant. This specific time, the servers, the manager, the food, the entire experience were exactly what my family needed. It was a great night. We will make it a regular thing for our family from now on. We needed this.

Booked a table for no reason. when we got there they said it was all open seating so we had to figure out how to arrange our larger party. Front desk was rude. The waitress who served us was great though. Overall it was okay.
