   What a wonderful and memorable dinner! First of all, the atmosphere is beautiful. We dined with another couple, and both couples ordered the tasting menu, which gave us all the opportunity to try several different things. From wagyu meatballs, tomato and burrata salad, and shrimp cocktail to filet, salmon, scallops, and sides, we enjoyed every bite. The butter cake and chocolate mousse were to die for! Our waiter John was exceptional, and after cocktails, he recommended the perfect wine to pair with our tasting menus. Exceptional dinner!

   Dinner was awesome. The food was great. The atmosphere is very special or Pittsburgh. Our server Ariana was so nice and made the service so special. I would recommend Del Frisco's to everyone!

   I visited last night for my birthday let me start by saying our waiter was amazing! But the amount of time to be served each course was ridiculous! My reservation was at 8pm we were seated at 8:15 but with how slow the service was we didn’t check out until 11:17pm! Then the server suggested the chef’s special but NEVER said you’ll be charged for two courses. Then the food was basic at best. None of my guests was happy with their very bland meals. And because the server was so nice no one complained we paid and left. We definitely won’t be coming back I honestly had better tasting food at Applebees. And I travel quite often and has visited so many fine dining restaurants but this has by far been the worst.

   The atmosphere and service were top notch. I had surf and turf and was disappointed at how little seafood came with this (one small scallop, 1 small shrimp and small amount of crab). The filet was delicious and generous portion. In the future I will just order a seafood appetizer.

   We really enjoyed DelFrisco's! The food is delicious and we had very good service. Our server, Brittany, was lovely. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and is very pleasant. She was very attentive and when I return I will request to be seated at one of her tables.

    Overhyped and overvalued. We wouldn’t prioritize this dining experience in the future. The bar is nice, though, and Alexa was fantastic. We’ll return for drinks and apps in the bar.

    Waiter was knowledgeable but rushed us too many time. Drinks took too long to get. I ordered the wine flight and the 2 wine connoisseurs couldn't figure out how to use their new wine opener. Oysters where tiny and tasteless, disappointed there where no assortments of toppings to put on them. Fresh baked bread was delicious. My 45 day dry aged steak tasted like shoe leather and I eat only half of it as it was underdone. I had a party of 4 and spent +$800 so I expect everything to be first class and it wasn't. Will I go back....probably as we just had an off night.

    Every steak meal was delicious. The salads, Au gratin potatoes and lobster Mac and cheese were very good. Highly recommend and appreciated the valet parking.

    Excellent appetizers, premium steaks and delicious sides in an elegant but noisy din. The service is superb. You pay a premium price for premium food; but also for things considered a courtesy in the finest places e.g. cutting a birthday cake I personally provided--they have no cake on their dessert menu--- incurred a $50 charge and they charged $12 for the sauces on the side (bernaise, peppercorn, chimichurri and horseradish). Again, super sides, premium steaks and great service in a beautiful place but with a price for a courtesy that is in bad taste.

    Service was disjointed. Servers should be trained on how to use trays and tray jacks (i saw many awkward moments) and crumbers (one serve crumbed into their hand) and they should know the menu (i'd like something more than server bs to get me to buy something. tell me about sourcing and technique maybe) and they should learn open hand serivce and they should not mess around so much in the server station when in serivce. the steaks were good. the sides were meh. the music, before the live performer went on, was weird. lots of pop music playing. which is fine, but didn't seem to set the vibe.

    Everything was Amazing! Top notch service 👌🏽 Very pricey! Worth going for the experience 🤩 My only issue was that I thought I was paying $16 for a glass of wine & was charged $20. The menu wasn’t updated is what the waiter told me.

    An amazing classic menu executed to perfection. The food isn’t pushing any boundaries, just traditional high quality good’s prepared with care and class. Service was fantastic. Every part of the meal landed with great timing. We will definitely be going back. The space is a little loud but it was a very busy Friday night so that’s to be expected a bit I guess. I recommend starting the meal with the Hamachi. And don’t leave without trying the Butter cake.

    Definitely one of the best steak houses in Pittsburgh. We ate at a delfriscos in New York, and many steakhouses here in Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh delfriscos has been the best.

    Our service Michael S took excellent care of us. He was very attentive, explained the menu and specials very well and made our experience exceptional. The food was very good also. We loved the crab leg special. And the Butter cake is to die for, very very good!!

    No dress code (dress code noted on website) which was really unfortunate and lead to a negative experience. Good food and service that could not be fully enjoyed due to a poor ambiance.

    We dine often at Capital Grille and have had difficulty finding the same level of both serve ice and food in the same place. Del Frisco’s met and exceeded out hopes. Food and service were both excellent. Our sever had great recommendations. We cannot wait to go back!

    The food was excellent......but it took too long to get some items delivered to the table. I don't fault our waiter....I think they just haven't worked out all of the kinks yet...they need more food runners. As for atmosphere, the music was a little loud and there is obviously NO DRESS CODE. Ripped jeans, a tank top on a guy, baseball hats, and other apparel better suited for Eat N Park were everywhere you looked.

    Food was average. Way overpriced. Noise level was terrible. Could not hear my wife sitting right next to me. Acoustics are terrible. Musician was talented but could barely hear anything. This place must do something to soften the noise. Unlikely to return.

    I love the NYC Del Frescos, but I was really disappointed with Pittsburgh. I will give it another try as it may have just been a bad day. However, I will advise anyone who orders a steak and wants it simply grilled, you best make that request. Generally, when you order a steak and it doesn't indicate it will be seasoned or crusted, usually comes out without the spice. Not here. I ordered a porterhouse and had 4 bits before my mouth felt like it was ripped open with overwhelming spices. For some that may be how you like it but at least describe it on the menu first. The twice baked potatoes were also very very salty. I always order the bacon when I go in NYC, so I thought I would do so here. Wow, it literally was all fat! I'm not sure what happened, again it may have just been a bad night (Friday). The layout of the place is great. The bar is a bit small and awkward in the corner by the window, but the ambiance is very nice. I will definitely go back, but now I know how to order.

    Experienced dinner on Valentines Day. I will present an honest review here. The setting is beautiful, sexy and perfect for dates. The crowd was surprising, the establishment did not uphold the dress code. Many people in jeans, sneakers and track suits. My filet was okay, had better. My daughters cauliflower steak was not cooked through and hard in the middle. The desserts were disappointing. We ordered chocolate mousse and the toffee coffee bread pudding. Coffee was delicious. The service was very good. Staff was friendly, quick, and aimed to please.
