Welcome to the Detroit Fish House Steak & Oyster Bar
We are a new seafood, steak and oyster bar located in Shelby Township, MI.

At the Detroit Fish House, we are committed to excellence in all that we do. Our seafood is all “top of the catch” and impeccably fresh and the wines are hand-selected from all over the world to complement our menu. The most important component though is, of course, our service. It is the mission of the Detroit Fish House to exceed our guests’ expectations for extraordinary food, beverages and guest service in a warm & welcoming facility. This will be accomplished through the relentless pursuit of excellence in all of our menu items, an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest service and our sincerest desire to treat everyone as if they were a guest in our own home.

The food, as usual, was outstanding. The server, Matthew, was fantastic. The sole issue we have with D.F.H. is with their reservation program. NEEDS WORK.

Fantastic selection of appetizers. Food was tasty. Service was a bit slow because of a large group birthday celebration next to us.

Dillon was an excellent server, his recommendations were delicious! The complimentary champagne for our anniversary was such a sweet surprise. Thank you again for a wonderful celebration, meal and dining experience.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time! We will definitely be making plans for a return visit. House salad, Chilean sea bass and crème brûlée were all delicious!

Our meal from start to finish was amazing. When I made the reservation I stated we were coming to celebrate our anniversary and that we would like an outdoor seat! I was surprised to see that when we were lead outside there was a sign acknowledging our celebration. Our service was great and the sea bass didn’t disappoint! The tiramisu was big enough to share and ended our evening on a sweet note!
