Dimora is a superb Italian restaurant, and in my opinion of one of the finest of its kind. Chef Gino is a genius cook; his cooking style is artistic and explosive and he only uses the finest and freshest ingredients. We always find Dimora a warm, welcoming place where every customer who enters is embraced by a hospitable and friendly staff. Dimora embraces a family atmosphere with papa's cuisine, and the European interior design and artwork make the surroundings relaxing and emit a comforting ambiance.

Outstanding Italian food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere! The entire staff is friendly and attentive, and owner Nick goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Dimora presents itself as an upscale Italian restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience fell well short of expectations, especially considering the prices. I ordered pasta with clam sauce. While the pasta was properly cooked al dente, the sauce was not incorporated into it. Instead of bringing the flavors together, the dish resembled pasta served in soup. Clams were extremely overcooked, hard to eat. Properly finishing pasta in its sauce is a fundamental Italian cooking technique, particularly at this price level. My wife ordered the ravioli special, which was equally disappointing. The ravioli lacked flavor, while the heavy cream sauce overwhelmed the dish. Our salad with greens and avocado was also poorly executed, with an excessively acidic, unbalanced vinaigrette. The worst part, however, was the noise. The dining room was extremely loud, making normal conversation difficult. Hard, flat surfaces and the apparent lack of acoustic treatment created an unpleasant environment. For a restaurant aspiring to offer an upscale experience, this is a serious design flaw. Table service was good and professional. However, despite having a reservation, we waited approximately 20 minutes at the bar, where the bartender never approached us to offer a drink. Ultimately, Dimora charges premium prices without delivering the culinary quality, thoughtful execution, or comfortable atmosphere those prices should command.

Attentive service from arrival to seating and dining. The Branzino was cooked just tender and just the right amount of seasoning. Grilled Salmon was smoked on the top and bottom perfectly. Drink selections were nice. Thanks for a great dining evening for our special night.

Still great after many years and worth the 70 mile drive from the Jersey Shore. We had fried calamari and veal martini which were delicious. Very nice atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Very goo food. Nice staff. Seems like a lot of regulars come here so it must strike a cord. Also a lot of parties! Must be a hopping place. This was our first time. It's a bit of a hike for us -- 25-30 minutes one way, but we'll come back.

Penne vodka was delicious. The clam pasta dish was a little too al dente. Serve was funny and polite. My lychee martini was wonderful. Calamari was a touch too oily but very fresh. Once it gor crowded it was very noisy. Good date night or group resturant. Valet parking only. Dress was business/ date night casual.

We had an outstanding dining experience last night with another couple, both celebrating milestone wedding anniversaries. I enjoyed branzino which was exquisitely prepared and delicious.
