Double C introduces “Keystone Casual”. The casual neighborhood spot that defines Pennsylvania Farm to Table.

The menu offers a variety of burgers, tacos, seasonal salads and rice bowls. Join us at our bar for fresh squeezed margaritas, interesting wines, bourbons and 16 Pennsylvania craft beers on tap. You’ll find Double C on North Prince Street in downtown Lancaster, on Gallery Row. When you see “The Doors”, you’ve arrived.

    Excellent drinks and food. Our server was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Lancaster. We always have a great experience!

    Great night out! Tacos, crab cake and The Mountain were excellent! Margheritas….as good as they get! The chips with the salsa and cheese….thick house made,seasoned and very good! Not the typical tortilla chips! Great service, our waiter (forget his name, sorry). Ended with pumpkin cheesecake! Thumbs up! Great tequilas behind bar but also some good bourbons! Blantons and Buffalo trace. They care about their food! You can tell.

    We arrived at Double C with an OpenTable reservation and unfortunately left disappointed—not because of any single issue, but because of the way several concerns were handled over the course of the evening. When we arrived, we were told there was a problem with our table and were initially offered either counter-style seating along a narrow window ledge, rather than a standard table, or a table on the condition that we could finish our meal within an hour. When I questioned that, the host said he thought he could work something out and ultimately found us another table. We appreciated that effort, although the table we were given was less desirable than several available tables we passed on the way to it. The service experience was also uncomfortable. Our server directed most of her interaction toward my wife and barely acknowledged me during much of the meal. At the end of dinner, she took my credit card with the check but did not return the card until I specifically asked for it. Ironically, despite being told at the outset that seating was an issue unless we could finish within an hour, we did exactly that and left well within the requested timeframe. What was most disappointing, however, happened on the way out. I attempted to speak with both the host and the owner—not to create a confrontation, but to explain why the experience had felt so unwelcoming. Rather than simply acknowledging our concerns, the responses felt largely defensive and focused on explanations for what had occurred. Restaurants occasionally have reservation or seating problems, and service missteps happen. What distinguishes a good hospitality experience is how those moments are handled. A sincere acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on this visit, we left feeling far less welcome than we expected to feel as reserved guests.

    Loved this restaurant! Very accommodating of my food sensitivities and they were seed oil free😊 First time there and we will definitely go back. Amazing margaritas, too!

    We dine our frequently and have visited Double C three times in the past 9 months. The food menu is limited and the alcoholic beverage menus continues to grow in options and cost everywhere. It is our custom to order a specialty cocktail before dinner wherever we go. Double C took the price of a specialty cocktail to a new height by serving an expensive drink in a 3oz glass! Food here is always flavorful with great presentation and quantity for a good value. Eat here, have an adult beverage somewhere else!

    From being seated to being served our entrée, it was a little over an hour. It was not packed for a Friday night, so I’m thinking maybe the kitchen was shortstaffed? The food was terrific. The service was a little slow for my liking, but we had good company so it wasn’t that big of a deal in the end.
