Joya del vecindario

Located in the heart of Janesville’s downtown, drafthouse, is a fun, high-energy downtown gastropub that celebrates the richness of American culture through its appetizing and progressive bar fare. Both the restaurant philosophy and menu offerings draw heavily from two barroom staples: beer and spirits.

drafthouse is the downtown place-to-be for locals and tourists alike. Set in a warm modernist design, the restaurant and bar offer 12 draft beers, a wine list of over 120 offerings, the counties largest whiskey selection and an extensive spirt and cocktail list. The abundant windows show off the interior space to the downtowns successful relaunch. And, rooted in the idea that we are indeed a community, four large communal tables foster a sense of gathering where deliciously innovative food, conversation and drink can be shared amongst friends and neighbors.

drafthouse....great food....great drinks....great times!

We found this restaurant a couple of years ago while traveling. We now make it a point to stop when possible, during our travels. The food is outstanding and the wait staff is always friendly. Great stop after a long day driving.

Featured Dinner Entrees Never Disappoint. The filet and scallop entree was perfection. Phenomenal selection of Midwest craft beers. Cocktails are first rate.

Our friends are here from Texas. We had been to the Draft House with them before and they requested we go again. Service was excellent. We all had different things off the menu and everything was delicious. So nice to have a unique restaurant to take our out of town friends and family and have such a wonderful time!

Beer was great, old fashioned too sweet, and food average at best for the price.

We came a long way to meet some people for a social get together. We were disappointed that they no longer serve certain menu items which was very disappointing. They need to keep their online menu up to date and accurate. Locals probably don't mind because the know the menu anyway, but for those that don't live there and picked the restaurant because of its online menu it is very disappointing.
