Our server Cam’ron was high energy and attentive to our large group. Loved him and the food was great. Only issue is the carpet in the restaurant—reminded me of movie theater floors. It wasn’t just in one place but all over. Definitely needs to be replaced. Took away from the experience.

A little in need of renovation, but the food made out for it. Oysters were very nice, the seared tuna salad was great. House cocktails for happy hour were especially good and reasonable. I would certainly stop in again.

Service was great. Food was bland. I had the catfish and shrimp. Everything was breaded with panco bread crumbs. My daughter had the shrimp pasta with Alfredo sauce. It tasted like it was from a can. My wife had the shrimp and grits which was ok. Charbroiled oysters were ok. Not the best I’ve had. For the money I wasn’t impressed.

Oysters were not fresh. Lobster and shrimp severely over cooked. Steak extremely salty. Steaks were not properly cooked. Asked for medium rare and got medium-well. Needs better ventilation. Restaurant was Smokey from the char broiler. Service was great.

Upon being seated, there was so much debris and spilled liquid all over the chairs, I felt uncomfortable touching anything. The server kindly grabbed a towel and spray bottle to wipe down the seat, but I had to ask specifically to get her to clean the spillage off of the chair back to keep it from staining my shirt. Later, the manager rushed by, as if he hoped no one would stop to ask him for anything or disclose their true feelings about the restaurant. Regarding food, the smoked oysters were even better than expected, but that is the best I can say about the experience. The fried oysters were tough, instead of tender, and by the time our server brought lemons and cocktail sauce, they were cold. My mom ordered the skillet chicken Alfredo, but after one bite, it tasted so bad, that she lost her appetite. We couldn’t find our server more than once during dinner, which was made more apparent by how long we waited with the uneaten plate on the table, and worse by the fact that we were stuck an extra 15 mins just to replace that dish with a $2 salad.

Meal was enjoyable despite the fact that the table next to us FaceTimed very loudly the entire meal. Server was prompt and food came out very quickly. Was not expecting to enjoy food at all when we entered; kind of a low-end Red Lobster vibe. Bread pudding was fantastic.

I was brought a water before my meal and it was never refilled. The food was ok. Everyone was nice. I was seated right when I arrived for my reservation time. I didn't realize they had a location in Jackson, I found it completely by accident. Glad I got to experience it again.

First and foremost. Thanks to the check-in staff. Our guests were late and they went out of their way to save our table. The server helped us through several order changes. The food was good enough to tempt even our picky eaters. It was a good evening. Thanks all around

Not our first time to eat here. This time out chargrilled oysters were not as good, I know they are chargrilled but they were burned unfortunately. The fried shrimp dinner we ordered was good. The spinach dip was ok. Salads were fresh and tasty.

I always love Drago's. It is one of my favorite restaurants. However, my visit was marred by a faux window sill that was filled with dust, insects, and debris. Our server, Ray (sp), was very attentive and immediately found something to clean the area for us to maximize our dining experience. This was after the front of the house staff was notified of the filth that sat in the faux window sill and he chose to do nothing about it. The age of the facility and limited maintenance is beginning to show.

Took family in town for the holidays. They wanted seafood so thought we’d try Drago’s since I had never been there. The lobster was overcooked, but the charbroiled oysters were great. The rest of the meal was average. Service was good. Won’t go back for lobster, but might try something else.

Overall good as expected. Gumbo was a lukewarm. Oysters were great. Our party of eight enjoyed the food thoroughly. Service was great. Lighting is hit or miss. Overhead lights are blinding in some spots and absent in others.

Appetizer was luke warm (the crab). Our waitress did not come check on us after meals were served. Expectations of a fine dining place were sadly missed. Plus, there was a table on the other side of ours who had kids listening to a program with the volume at full blast. The manager came to us and asked if we would rather be moved to another table than to just deal with the noise straight off. We liked the table we had, but he would have rather moved us than deal with asking the parents to turn the volume down.

My food was cold. I ask the waitress can they recook my fries and onion rings. She came back 45 mins later after giving me my ticket , saying I just told the cook to drop you some more fries. I told her don’t even worry about it. Our waitress didn’t even check on us
