I love the flat bread, great service also. the restaurant is always clean and prices are good, I really recommend this restaurant for a romantic date.

It was a hotel lobby restaurant. It was overly hyped by an influencer. There was no need to book a table as there was no one there. Better options steps away.

The food reminds me of gastropub faire that was popular about a decade ago. It wasn’t bad, just mediocre. Service and cocktails were good though.

From the moment we walked into Drift, we felt like we were on vacation. The ambiance is gorgeous—stylish but relaxed—with a great buzz that still lets you hold a conversation. Our server was warm, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu and cocktails. Every recommendation was spot-on. The drinks were fantastic (balanced, creative, and beautifully presented), and the food was even better. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care—nothing felt generic or “hotel restaurant.” We never felt rushed, but we also never had to wait for anything. Plates were timed perfectly, water and cocktails stayed full, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. Overall, Drift feels like a hidden gem in Boca Raton—perfect for a date night, catching up with friends, or relaxing after a long day. We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to everyone we know.

I went last night for drinks and apps, and Tony provided exceptional service. The tuna wontons and garlic shrimp were delicious, and the drinks were amazing. I can’t wait to go back!
