Expect highlights such as: • The Ritual – sourdough & cultured butter • Beet & Goat Cheese Cloud – a DUCKFAT favourite • Scallops with Saffron Beurre Blanc • Pâté en croûte with cognac jelly and pickled shallot • Larger plates such as Wagyu with Café de Paris or Mussels & Chorizo • Desserts like our Dark Chocolate Crèmeux, Crème Brûlée, or Pineapple Carpaccio Selections are made on the day with our team – simply arrive ready to feast. Dietaries We happily cater for most dietary requirements with notice. Our chefs tailor alternatives when guests cannot dine from parts of the banquet.
