Was very loud and we were not able to hold a conversation It was due to it being their last day open but it would have been nice to be notified since I had booked this reservation in advance and was expecting a certain experience Food was not great and not what I would have expected or what I have experienced in the past

This location is closing today & moving to a different location in mid February. This was probably why the service wasn't as good as usual & they kept running out of menu items! However the food we did have excellent!!

The food was amazing as always. Service was fantastic. We had a great time with friends. We were seated in the lounge and we wished it was a little quieter so we could converse more easily, but it was a busy Friday night and everyone was having a great time.

Gonna be honest …Steak & tortellini was just horrible. Steak was super chewy and the sauce was just not pleasant not a good worth 35 bucks… However, the roasted corn guacamole dip with the chips was really good… Alex, our server was awesome but the steak and pasta …OMG was terrible.

First time to this Earls (party of 6), very impressed with the cleanliness, attention to detail, server was outstanding (Rylan -not certain of her name's spelling) excellent food, a great positive experience for all in our party.

Server was fantastic - however got chicken in our vegan bowl so the kitchen messed up - no offer of a discount on bill so that was a bit of a disappointment - would have appreciated that as we had to wait for it to be remade, however they did remake it.

From the ease of booking a table online, to having many tasty Vegan options, to the hostess/greeter, other wait staff, and to our Server, everything was efficient great tasting and friendly. Especially our Server, I believe his name was Harlyn. He made great suggestions for what to order, checked on us several times and was professional, warm and friendly and truly a pleasure to deal with. The noise level was a wee bit high for my taste but I’m a grumpy 55yr old lady, but with all the other positives, I simply couldn’t count that as a negative.

Nice meal but incredibly overpriced. Service was great except for the hidden upsell. We ordered a margarita and were asked what kind of tequila we wanted. Have never been asked that before. Server recommended one, and we just said ok sounds good. What a surprise on the bill when we were charged an additional $4.75 on top of the margarita cost.

Waiter was great. Good was very good. Told table would be ready in a few minutes but took 28 minutes. People with no reservations with same number of people were seated 20 minutes before us. Came in after us as well. Thanks.

Our server and the others who helped out were fantastic!! so attentive!! I am sorry I can't remember her name. Unfortunately, our ribs came out cold but tasted very delicious. The acoustics are very loud here. we all had to talk very loudly to hear each other. We had the best table in the house!! We were able to open our gifts to each other with lots of room. As expected, the caesar salad was outstanding.

Did not have house wine available in RED. Substitute wine cost $21.75/glass If you're out of the house, any other substitute should be the same price as the house. We spoke with our waitress and she had the price changed. Please let your customers know what the difference will be prior to ordering. Thank you.

In the past, we have liked this Earl's location. This time, however, servers were pleasant but not very helpful. In particular, brunch was on the menus we were given but when we went to order brunch we were told it wasn't available. We had a teenager with us who wanted pizza. When they ordered pizza they were told that Earl's had run out of pizza dough and couldn't make pizza. This was at 1 pm. We were deflated. Unfortunately, the servers didn't offer alternate menu suggestions or offer to enhance our experience with says free fries for the teenager. Instead, frustrated after continued choice disappointments, two of our party of 12 left and ate at a near by restaurant and then rejoined us afterwards. Not an ideal experience.

Had a table of 10 reserved and we were seated shortly after entering. Server was very kind and knowledgeable. However, the music was far too loud and I couldn't hear my party talking. Additionally, I ordered a rare to medium-rare ribeye. What I recieved was medium - well done.

Music is loud enough that it is not easy to have real conversation. If someone is planning to have a coversation of substance, this is probably not the ideal spot.

It was noisy and seemed to be a busy night for them, they still have tables but it’s always noisy and loud with multiple conversations going on and the lighting was dark. The food took a while to come so our dining experience was a long one with the wait time to order, get our food and to pay. But the server was really friendly and would make sure that we were taken care of when she was with us and would make sure we liked what we ordered.

Making a reservation, you would think we would get a nicer table 🤔 We were seated at a small table, if we walked in at without a reservation, we would have probably gotten the same table or a nicer one 🤔

We are told that the area where we would be seated would be relatively quiet but that was not the case. We had to shout to hear each other. Also the res was for 3hrs and we were asked to vacate 30min earlier.
