First they forgot to make our appetizer, so they brought us something we didn’t even order. Then it took about an hour to finally get our appetizer. When they finally brought us our dinner it was not very good we ordered chicken ceaser salad. It wasn’t made very well and the chicken was burnt our bread that came with the meal was burnt as well. We usually have very good service and food there and Saturday was the exception to the rule.

All 3 of the chicken burgers that came out were cold. The noodle bowl at the table was also not hot. 4 out of 9 meals were cold. Server never came around to quality check so we didn’t have a chance to tell them our food wasn’t hot. Lounge was also insanely hot, crammed into a tiny table - I had to sit on a corner of the table just so there’d be enough room for everyone’s elbow room.
