Located in Austin, Texas, Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden was founded by James Beard nominee, David Norman. We bake pastries and artisan breads daily. Our beer gardens have over 30 beers on tap, we source our coffee locally (Little City Coffee) and all of our meats are cured locally. We are known for our giant pretzels, we make them by hand every few hours and they sell out almost immediately. You'll also find our breads and pretzels around town, at HEB, Whole Foods and Austin FC's Q2 stadium. Each of our locations is unique. Our East location is 7 blocks from downtown and in the lively Eastside of town. We have a one acre, dog friendly park with 100 beer garden tables, container bar, ping pong, corn hole & more. The interior has a warehouse feel with a long bar, leather sofas, giant screen and arcade games. Easy Tiger was great. Service was fast, the food was good, and the vibe was as laid back and fun. We sat inside but look forward to returning this spring and enjoying the patio and game area.

I helped organize a HH for an organization with a lot of people visiting Austin for SXSW. Easy Tiger - East proved to be a great spot. Plenty of space, great atmosphere, and great drink/food selection!

The food was pretty decent. We ordered the Sausage Board and Loaded Waffle Fries. Fries were great, sausage board was good but felt a little bit expensive for what it actually was. The ambiance was as expected, with lots of conversations but not overly loud or disruptive. You can choose your own seating outside which was fine but also I don't understand the purpose of having a reservation. No one was there to check us in, there was just a sign to seat yourself and order online.

The service was incredibly slow and they kept bringing us the wrong thing or not bringing it at all. It took us an hour to get a bottle of champagne

We took a team of teenage boy volleyball players there after a tournament. They loved the outdoor patio, had a ping pong tournament, played pool, and parents watched the NFL playoff games. Space was large, food was great.

Food is great and as much as I love this place, they are over staffed and overwhelmed. It took over an hour for our food to come out, we had to get drinks, napkins, water, silverware etc ourselves because our poor waitress was overwhelmed and needed more help and was never around. Sadly, it made for a terrible experience overall. If they don’t have the staff, they shouldn’t allow as many open reservations.
