This place never disappoints. The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable, the best combination.

Very nice little Japanese restaurant. We love the grilled fish and pork! The pressed sushi was unique and really tasty. Easily worth the price.

Delicious food

Quality quality quality. Went to Ebesu on Saturday evening with my fiancé. The fish was so fresh and absolutely top notch. We eat a lot of sushi in the area and this is by far some of the best we've had and and at a solid price point. Anna was our waitress and she was wonderful, attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Ebesu to anyone seeking great quality nigiri and sashimi!

Delightful experience - ploy, our waitress, nailed every recommendation, the food was spot on, the price per sushi roll was very reasonable. Overall great experience and will be returning.

Our first time. One of the best dining experiences in DFW considering Covid. Service is top notch. The food is very good to excellent. We tried quite a few items including Udon which was best I've ever had, many of the small plate apps which were all good especially the Prawns and the Nigiri which was very fresh. Definitely will go back.

Ebesu consistently provides a wonderful dining experience. They take covid precautions seriously and with outstanding customer service. The food is exceptional. We will continue to return to this lovely restaurant - it is a gem in downtown Plano!

Was there for saki Wednesday. Food great as always. Quiet due to lower traffic but same great service.

This is one of our favorite places to dine in the DFW area. The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. We haven't been out much lately due to the pandemic, but their safety protocols were above the standard. They made us feel very safe. We will continue to support them.

Our first time at Ebesu was fantastic! We tried several dishes including the Chilean sea bass, pork jowl and one of the pressed sushi’s - all of it was delicious!! As we were leaving we made another reservation in one of the private rooms to celebrate my birthday! We’re looking forward to trying new and different dishes next time!

Enjoyed every bit of our dinner there. Foods were so tasty, and the people there were so nice and welcoming. Our table server Ploy was very prompt and professional. You won’t regret to come here to dine some nice authentic Japanese food for sure.

We visited for Christmas Eve dinner, service and food were both excellent!

The food is amazing! Especially the Eel pressed sushi! All the food was fresh and presented beautifully. Service was a bit lacking for us but I'll chalk it up the fact we were there on Christmas Eve. I understand.

First visit to Robata & Sushi EBESU - was not disappointed. We were extremely happy with the health precautions to begin with: temperature check on arrival, generous spacing between tables, services staff wearing gloves and masks (properly!), hand sanitizer at every table etc. As for the food - everything was great! Started with appetizers of Ankimo, fried brussels sprouts, fried spicy mayo prawn, followed by tempura, Kurobuta sausage, Kurobuta pork belly skewer, sweet yellow corn, asparagus, and the Nigiri assortment. All were great! We will be back!

We were out celebrating the impending birth of our first child. The food, ambience and service here are always on point. The even brought out a complimentary celebratory dessert to make our date night all the more special. Thank you Ebesu, our favorite Plano sushi restaurant.

It must be the covid season. Sashimi was a bit colder than usual. Service a bit slow because of perhaps covid. Overall was ok. Wasn't as good as our previous visit before.

The manager is always friendly and the server was very well professional.

Ebesu is still simply one of the best dining experiences in DFW! The food, the presentation, the cleanliness, the ambiance, and the entire staff. We have had the fortune of having Tomo twice and he is top notch.

Look no further for the best sushi in Dallas. The moment you walk through the front door you enter into a taste of Japan. The service is impeccable, attentive to every need, attention to detail like no other. The sushi is incredibly fresh and presented elegantly. Salmon belly and yellowtail are our go to. I suggest making a reservation!
