   We celebrated our anniversary at Ellie’s last night and it was wonderful from start to finish! Our server, Alex, was possibly the best server we’ve ever had. Alex greeted us with champagne, had great drink and food suggestions, and surprised us with a beautiful dessert. He was so attentive! During dinner we enjoyed beautiful piano music with a local singer whose voice could be mistaken for Norah Jones. It was soft and tastefully performed. Such wonderful ambiance! During our dinner the Chef came out to chat with us and we told him how much we enjoyed our experience. It was top notch all the way and we can’t wait to go back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. Everything was perfect. The food was outstanding. I particularly loved the cool, quiet space. Service was very good. I can’t wait to go again!

    The ambiance was very nice, the waiter was awesome, and the wait times in between courses were perfect. Where the experience fell short was in the quality of the food; I went with my family and the four of us all agreed that it was missing flavor. Don't get me wrong there was flavor, it just wasn't great... wasn't bad either, but I wouldn't come back and order anything there again. That being said, the way the menu was priced was ridiculous for the quality of the food, if I'm paying $20 for a sandwich I need a much better flavor experience than what I got. Beet & Grains Burger - 6/10 Winter Mushroom soup - 6/10 Shakshuka - 7/10 Curry Chicken Sandwich - 6.5/10 Ancient Grains Salad - 7/10 The total bill was roughly $100, so $25 per person. And, to reiterate, the quality of the food we received matched more what I would've felt a $10 per person meal would've tasted like. Unless you're rich and have money to throw around, I wouldn't eat here.

    I think going during the weekday was a GREAT call. Loved our waiters: Oscar, Brian and our mixologist whose name I can’t remember. It was my first time here with a friend and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Especially because they were flexible with my reservation as I was running late. Thank you for an awesome time and see you soon again!

    For the price, the service lacked attention to details. Musician was good, but pretty loud - could not easily carry on conversations. Saw one table ask to be moved further away from the music source.

    It’s a hotel restaurant instead of a restaurant in a hotel if that makes sense. Service was very poor and food was average for the price.

    We had a great time at Ellie’s before attending a musical. The location is perfect for a pre-show dinner. The food was very good and the service was attentive. We will return for sure! Would highly recommend.

    We went for Sunday jazz brunch and it was romantic and simple. The ambiance is clean, sweet and elegant. The servers were genuinely pleasant and response. The food was decent and prices could’ve been a few dollars cheaper. But a nice experience.

    We had out of town friends in for a Museum visit so Ellie’s was the perfect complement to their visit. . Ellie’s is chic & art-filled, bright & airy & modern. The menu included lots of fresh healthy options ( eggplant “ hummus” cauliflower soup, kale Caesar were the ones I had) as well as a great burger , seafood & other vegetarian options. Service was attentive , vibe was relaxed & easy. Highly recommend for an upscale lunch.

    Love the atmosphere, but music is so loud that you can't even have a conversation. Service is terrible. Food is tasty, but not served warm.

    Nice atmosphere. The place had potential. I should have known not to expect much when I noticed very few people actually eating; most were there for drinks. Food was subpar and expensivefor the quality. I sent back the steak and opted for a burger instead. The burger was really good. My wife ordered the ravioli and salmon, which was very dry and over cooked; she doesn't complain and ate it anyhow. The salmon was overcooked. Service was poor. The manager was great and comped my meal without me asking. Lots of potential but they aren't quite there, yet.
