Set between our elegant Blue Room and courtyard patio, this exclusive tasting event celebrates the season with a curated selection of more than twelve rosés and sparkling rosés from renowned wine regions across France, Spain, Italy, and the United States. Throughout the evening, enjoy a menu of passed culinary creations designed to complement each pour, including red snapper crudo with bergamot and citrus, Texas melon with ibérico ham and Mt. Tam cheese, spring pea tartlets, veal sausage with patty pan squash, corn fritters with pickled jalapeño aioli, and decadent seasonal desserts featuring Texas peach and Valrhona chocolate.

    An excellent meal! Rigatoni with short-rib bolognese was delicious. Also had the meatball appetizer and charred broccolini. Everything was top notch.

    Our experience was amazing and it started with our server Terri. She was great! Wonderful personality and knowledgeable suggestions. She was always there right when we needed her. We both had the Lobster Ravioli and it was delicious! From start to finish, what a delightful evening! Thank you to all at Emilia's!

    Emilia’s was just wonderful. Our server was top notch and had a great personality. We started off with octopus and Barata. I can honestly say this was the most tender delicious octopus. We have had anywhere in Fort Worth. And for the price and the amount you got it was well worth it. I had the delicious, Seabass for dinner and my husband had a moist tender ribeye steak. We had the banana budino for dessert and it was rich and decadent and worth the calories. Because our waiter thought the service was a little slower than usual. The dessert was on the house. Excellent customer service! Our drinks from the bar were cold and delicious and we couldn’t have had a more delightful evening! We will go back.

    Possibly the worst dining experience I have ever had in Fort Worth. Appetizer we ordered was Caesar salad which was 4 tiny wedges of wilted, dry romaine with no dressing. Took almost 45 minutes to get appetizer. I ordered meatballs for entre and they were inedible. Very dry, overcooked and I asked them to be taken off my bill. My husband ordered short rib rigatoni which he said was so-so. The entrees arrived an hour+ after we arrived. No tablecloths, 4 tables with people, around 8 tables with no one even at peak time. No ambiance whatsoever.

    Inside a hotel which we didn't realize before booking an early dinner. Nice appetizers. Amish chicken hot and juicy. NY steak wood fired and nicely cooked. Blistered shishito peppers needed more time on the fire. Pizza arrived room temperature although flavor was good. Banana pudding, wouldn't order again. We were asked about allergies by hostess but then received the wrong dish with the very ingredient we mentioned an allergy to so evidently the message didn't transmit. A pesky fly circled the room and table throughout our meal. It took over an hour to get our mains and only two tables had ordered. The other table was a single person. It's nice not to be rushed but by the time we got our mains our appetites were waning. Good but not great and not a do-over for these Dallas neighbors. But hey, it's a lazy Sunday so maybe it was just timing.

    We went for brunch. I felt like the food was just average. My daughter scrambled eggs were rubbery. The avocado bowl should’ve had more than one egg especially for the price. Don’t plan to come back for brunch. I would come back to try it for dinner.

    The food was truly amazing! I had the rigatoni - as recommended by our wonderful waiter, Ryan - and it was unbelievably good! Make sure you get the buratta and the foccacia as well. My friend had the homemade gnocci that she called "little pillows of heaven". All of the wait staff were so friendly and welcoming. It was my friend's birthday and they had a card for her as well. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend coming here for a great meal!

    The food was meh for the price. Server tried hard, but everything was exceedingly slow. Several wines were out of stock, food came out cold (although they re-made the worst of it), flavors were about 50/50 great/blah across the table. Underwhelmed, unfortunately.
