etc. es el restaurante y aventura más reciente de la chef y propietaria Deb Paquette. Situado en el complejo Bedford Commons en el área de Green Hills, etc. ofrece almuerzo y cena de lunes a viernes, cena los días sábado y planean ofrecer servicio de brunch dominical en un futuro próximo. Another delicious meal at ETC. We were seated at our reserved time. We started with the baked feta which was tasty and left us wanting more. For the entree my wife had the ceasar salad with shrimp (chopped kale and warm plenteous shrimp). I enjoyed the ceasar with grilled chicken. Both were delicious and our service was excellent.

The food was so good I had to come back again. This time they had an Asian bowl for the special and Chef Chenoa outdid herself on that meal. Flavor was on point and it was phenomenal! The server Cole was so friendly and nice as well

I came here for lunch for the first time and the food was phenomenal! I had one of their specials which was a Vegetable Primavera. When I say this was the best pasta dish I ever had it really was. Chef Chenoa did an amazing job on that dish. The staff was very friendly as well. I would recommend this place

Love this place! The service is awesome. The menu can be eclectic and changes. Last night's menu had a number of dishes with bacon and beets - neither of which appeal or were like by anyone at our table last night. I had an appetizer and side which added up to be a perfect sized dinner & my husband had the swordfish minus the bacon infused cabbage. My friend had the chicken and it was really good. The dessert was AMAZING.

I went for my birthday dinner. It was even better than I anticipated. And I’ve been there 2 or 3 previous times. We were seated right away and our server Christian, came soon after with waters and took our drink order. He explain the catch of the day and the other favs on the menu. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. We got Lamb meatballs and the baked Brie, as appetizers. They were wonderful. For our main, we got 2 catch of the day and a chicken Cesar salad. Nothing was a disappointment. And the pan a cotta for desert.

The food was excellent definitely a step above the average in the area it was fairly busy for a week night at 6:30 the wait staff and servers did a very good job we will definitely return the next time we stay in the Green Hill area

All the appetizers, entrees, and desserts were extremely delicious. They are basically works of art in appearance and in taste. Service could of been just a bit more attentive, but we assumed that wait staff was probably working the jobs of two. At any rate, certainly, it was a very nice night. We will certainly be back. One of the best meals we have had in Nashville this year.

Amazing food and great staff! This is definitely an older crowd on a Tuesday night. We were the only 20 - 30 year old patrons, everyone else was 60+ That doesn't really matter but it is noticeable. Would definitely go back. Baked Feta is 10/10

Dinner is alway consistently delicious here for lunch or dinner. Seating outdoors is really nice when weather permits since the noise level outside is much lessthan inside.

This was a wonderful find in a quiet area close to the Bluebird and the mall. The dishes had great presentation and an amazing mix of flavors. We had the baked feta appetizer and for our main dishes we had the cornmeal catfish & kashmir shrimp and the special which was a swordfish with couscous. Our server, Christian, was very personable and attentive..it was truly a great experience.
