El restaurante Etch es la nueva aventura culinaria de la chef Deb Paquette. Este se encuentra en la planta baja de la torre Encore en el centro de Nashville. Etch ofrece un comedor privado, bar completo y una cocina abierta con asientos tipo bar. En sus 13 años como chef y propietaria de Zola, Deb ha recibido reconocimientos como la mejor chef y mejor restaurante de Nashville en múltiples ocasiones. The Mahi Mahi and Pork Chop were both delicious as were the Brussels sprouts. We shared the Hazelnut Black Forest dessert and it was petite but delicious. Wish they had a California Cabernet by the glass for less than $23

Excellent service from Alisa. Fried catfish was wonderful and I would highly recommend it if on the menu. . I entertained clients and they thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Said that it was a memorable experience. Thank you!

The food and cocktails here were amazing. Wine list is incredible. Our waiter did a great job recommending things. Super friendly staff and a great location! The interior was a bit more corporate-feeling than what we were expecting, but the hospitality was unmatched. I'd absolutely go back!

Amazing dinner last night!! The salmon special on top of risotto/roasted pears was to die for (please please add it to your menu :), the roasted cauliflower, Gorgonzola salad, and desserts were all amazing as well. Female chef owned too!

It had been far too long since I had eaten at Etch, and I'd forgotten how many things they do right. The menu isn't extensive but the execution is solid, the service attentive, and the wine list one of the better ones in Nashville.

We had good service but found all the dishes to be overly sweet. So much so we didn’t want to order dessert. And I am someone with a sweet tooth. Won’t be back.

Food was excellent and perfectly seasoned. Started with Etch’s signature salad. Had the pork chop and wife had 8oz filet. Only minus would have to be obvious lack of ability to serve up a properly made Irish coffee, but rest of meal made up for this by miles. Definitely the best meal we had during our trip to Nashville. Highly recommend this place.

First time back for three of us (in 2-3 years). We were skeptical coming in based on prior OK experiences and went away fans of Etch -- and will return often if they keep it up cocktails were great, one of the best old-fashioned I have had at a restaurant Mahi, chicken, and pork chop dinner all excellent, charcuterie board nicely presented and enjoyed by three no deserts spot on service, we were not rushed and in fact, our diners took too long that we were late for the theater! hostess pleasant and attentive

Had a great time at Etch with a coworker. I wish the valet was more obvious - so I would not have paid for parking. The service was wonderful - and the food was delicious. I will certainly be back again with others on my team and for a date night.

We were in town for just one night and were not disappointed!!! We loved everything - the steak carpaccio, shrimp and octopus bruschetta, lamb chop, and venison. Delicious! And our server was fabulous!

Symphony date night-love this fine dining and it’s so so close to the symphony center. The Brussels sprouts are a favorite and the blueberry pavlova finished off two main courses of Mahi and Salmon that were so tasty. If you’re hesitant to try etch, I say DEFINITIVELY GO FOR IT! Well worth the cost. Nice ambiance and Brooke was very attentive. All on a Tuesday night… Hint-reserve reserve reserve! You’ll likely need a reservation if you’re specific on date and time.

Went for my birthday dinner and was greeted by a signed birthday card! Waitress was super helpful and friendly. Ambiance was relaxing and inviting. Great experience! Would def recommend for a special occasion or date night!

The food and service were perfect. Every food item was delicious. A larger party were seated near us near the end of our dinner, and they were quite loud, but otherwise the evening was delightful.

We were accommodated with seamless efficiency. The ordered selections came to the table in an orderly and well planned progression. Each selection was expertly prepared and very tasty. We were well taken care of and had a most enjoyable experience. Etch certainly lived up to its reputation for us.

We had a window within which to have an early dinner. Our server got us in and out without rushing. Made some great recommendations. I had a Moroccan dish that was outstanding. My nephew had the duck which was equally good.

Our table was in walking route. Constantly bumped by patrons and waitstaff. Felt bad for waitstaff. Our waiter had to let people pass while taking our order and delivering our food. Not the ambience I expect for this price point.
