Enjoy a fantastic view and a superb dining experience when you visit the Evergreen restaurant. They specialize in steaks and seafood and create dishes out of the finest and freshest ingredients available. Order delicious appetizers such as bacon wrapped scallops or ahi tuna avocado to start off the meal and then move on to soups, salads, a porter house, chillean seabass, half roasted duck, rack of lamb or scrumptious lobster tail. Evergreen also serves pasta and chicken entrees, and there are numerous sides that can go with each dish. While dining with friends and family, you can complement your meal with both spirits and fine wine to drink. We are the only restaurant that can overlook the Big Bear Lake. With the gorgeous view of lake, Evergreen makes a terrific choice for parties, events and weddings, no matter the size of the party, small or big, 157 people capacity, or simply as a frequent stop to enjoy the ambience along with terrific food, pet and kid friendly!

This was the only Restaurant listed on Open Table App for the area so we decided to give a try. We came up to ski & celebrate or Anniversary. The service was very good with just the right amount of attention. The food was of good quality and tasted good. My wife the salmon & I opted for the 12 oz ribeye medium rare. It was cooked to perfection. The salmon was advertised as wild caught. It's pale pink color gave it a farmed appearance. Other than that the restaurant looked out of date. The view of the lake was spectacular, however 😉.

We had a reservation for 7:15 and arrived early to sit at the bar and hopefully have a drink. The bar was dirty and disorganized (wine spilled on bar top ) and baked potatoes condiments sitting on bar like sizzler. We sat at the bar for at least 30 minutes and nobody offered us a drink or a drink list or anything. The servers seemed flustered and we were told they were always understaffed. After seeing a dirty bus boy cart wheeling food out (why can't they just carry the plates is odd) we finally picked up and left. The other parties that were waiting had been there for 45 minutes as well. Although we were looking for a nice evening out, this was probably the first restaurant that I have ever walked out of because it was dirty and disorganized. I wish I had a nicer review but it went bad from the start so we left.

Service extremely slow, food took way too long to come out . Waited so long to be seated. Should have listened to the 3 groups of customers who left after waiting too long. Apparently they had many new servers and a cook who didn't show up. Unfortunately we will not go back.

Literally the worst restaurant I have ever been too. Food was cold, waited for 2 hours, service was awful, and when we asked SIX times to speak To a manager; we were told she was "too busy" we ended up not paying our bill and walking Out... tipped our server but refused to pay for 3 cold disgusting meals we didn't touch after repeatedly asking to Speak to a manager. Avoid like the plague.

My husband and I went to the Evergreen restaurant on Christmas eve this year. They were serving a buffet that night instead of their usual menu. The price was $35 which was fine with us. However the food quality did not measure up for that price. The fish was dry and tasteless. The salad was wilted. Dessert was not even included for this price. We expressed to the server that we were not satisfied with our meal. She communicated this to the management but they chose to do nothing to insure we left happy customers. I will never return to this establishment.
