We were there for Thanksgiving pre fix dinner and the food was amazing and it was expensive, but an enjoyable and delicious meal.

By far the most disappointing Thanksgiving meal we have had in a long time. We frequent the bar often because we live only four blocks away and had Thanksgiving here a couple years ago. For starters, the menu listed a wine pairing with each course, but we were never told by anyone we had to ask our server about it. She failed to inform us it was an ad-on to the four-course pre-fix menu. Each course had a wine listed so we assumed it came with the dinner, so much for assuming. Second, the salad course was the smallest salad I have ever been served. It was delicious but finished in less than twelve bites. The entrée was not even close to a Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey was dry, the cranberry sauce was literally two bites, there was no stuffing, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, etc. Now for dessert, chocolate cake was served instead of pumpkin, cherry, or apple pie. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a lover of chocolate cake but NOT on Thanksgiving. We will stick to the bar moving forward.

Wonderful Thanksgiving meal with a stellar wine pairing. Our server Sadie was attentive and so friendly. We had a great time! Definitely on the spendy side but worth it for a special occasion.

Not worth the expense by a long shot. Wine pairing, not paired? Duck confit, duck breast. Was told turkey was drumstick dark meat, breast meat served. Meal not especially hot or even warm. Salad was made day before? Not a good experience. Waitstaff tried, more training in order.

The food is sensational and coupled with great service. I had the Coulette cut from Wickens Ranch and my wife had the ruby trout. Both exceptional with some except mushrooms and cabbage to start. Finished it all off with a peanut butter and jelly cookie. Their pastry chef is amazing.

The Armory is the nicest hotel in Bozeman with great staff! The rooftop bar is the place to relax and enjoy the views in the evening. Perfect location if you visiting Bozeman.

Excellent dinner. Appetizer, salad, entires, dessert, cocktail, and wine were all top-notch. The new brought out our dishes and checked in several times to see how we were enjoying the food. Our server and sommelier were both helpful and keen on making our dinner a special one. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Well, prepared and interesting dishes. I had the venison and my friend had the bison cooked to our liking. loved the charred carrots appetizer. If our server was unavailable, a kitchen staffer would run out the food. Great food and we got to the symphony on time!

Great good, wonderful staff. Love that you can make weekend brunch reservations because so many downtown restaurants don’t offer this option. Perfect for a party on 7 speaking/translating in two languages!

Service was slow. The wait for food was even worse. It was so loud you couldn’t think. Several tables around us got fed up with waiting and poor service and just left. Manager apologized to us and a few other tables and offered to comp our meals, however we were still delivered our bill from our waitress and expected to pay. Will not return.

Four of us had a delicious and fun brunch! The server was delightful, even though she was the only server on duty. She ran her tail off but remained pleasant and light-hearted. A fun, memorable, delicious meal!

I tried something new and I like it! The online menu had a dish that I was eager to try, but when I got to the restaurant, it was not available. The staff and chef encouraged me to try the pheasant and they guaranteed that I would like it. They were right! I enjoyed my dining experience.

Found this by accident walking around Bozeman for the first time. Excellent service. My husband’s steak was perfectly prepared. Marinara sauce on the bison/elk meatball appetizer was fantastic. Pan-fried trout on beet salad special was delicious! Wished we stayed at the attached Armory hotel.

My husband and I have eaten at Fielding’s a few times over 2 stays in Bozeman. During our stay last Thanksgiving, we ate at Fielding’s twice for dinner and twice for breakfast. We obviously loved the meals. Last night, we had dinner and the menu was different from last time and still very good. We sat at the bar and Ashley was our bartender/server. She was so happy and personable. She really made the experience excellent! We had 3 appetizers: asparagus with miso bread crumbs that were delicious, bison meatballs that were excellent and baby carrots with a whipped ricotta./yogurt sauce. The sauce was amazing but we wished the carrots were cooked a bit more. We had roasted chicken and a pasta dish for entrees. The chicken had a rich sauce and flavorful couscous. Very enjoyable. The pasta dish a was bit bland for my taste and Ashley quickly offered another entree (salmon) and had it out quickly. This was also a very nice and flavorful dish. The food all went well with delicious Sauvignon Blanc wine. We truly enjoyed our night and will be back on our next Bozeman stay.

Fielding's breakfast delivers again! This place is seriously the best undiscovered breakfast joint with menu items I haven't seen other places. The breakfast fried rice is AMAZING. Love the breakfast sandwich, too.

We have eaten at Fielding's quite a few times. This was the first time we were somewhat disappointed. They have reduced down the menu to very few items as have some other restaurants. My wife has salmon and I had roast chicken. Even though the restaurant was fairly empty it took a long time to get our meals. The food was "ok"---and that was it. For the price it should be top notch We are hopeful that they find the staffing they need and return to the quality we used to experience. There are quite a few great restaurants in Bozeman so Fielding's will need to up their game in order to compete.

New breakfast menu is incredible! Tried the mushroom toast and breakfasts fried rice. Server suggested we try the apple donuts - OMG - heaven! So glad we listened!!!!! Love the vibe of the space too and staff was great! Will definitely be back very soon!

We had brunch at Fielding's and it did not disappoint! Between the piping hot homemade donuts, crispy bacon and new menu items (we loved the mushroom toast, the breakfast fried rice, and French toast), this is our new go-to for breakfast (and there was no wait when we walked in another visit).

Made a reservation a week ahead for 38th wedding anniversary. It was closed when we got there!

Food, service, and live entertainment were great. Temperature of the room was way too cold. Some friends of ours said their food got cold before they were able to eat it. We complained to the staff and they did turn on the heat so after we had been there for 15-20 minutes, the room did warm up and it was pleasant after that.

For the price, I expected elevated food, not Sysco pre-made BS. All of the food that was supposed to be hot was cold, not luke warm, cold. Even the coffee was cold. My server also tried to hide the fact that he had added a gratuity in hopes I would double tip. Even though we only saw him twice in an hour and a half. I had been looking forward to trying Fieldings for quite some time but don't need to go back. Very disappointed. Obviously the "chef" has lost his passion.

Feildings has been one of my favorite restaurants in Bozeman. However, I was very disappointed in the Easter Brunch. Food was luke warm to cold (carrots, green beans). Desserts were tasty and the right size. Coffee was barely warm. By the time the server returned to us, it was 20 minutes later. We asked for hot coffee then. Second time, he scored with hot coffee. However, that was the last of the beverage checks on our table of 7 adults with a cost of $75/person and gratuity of 20%. Gratuity was not earned at all. He didn't even follow up with the bill for us until I asked the hostess for help. In fact, I had to ask the hostess for help 2-3 times as our server was no where to be found. Lastly, when offering a brunch to guest in a restaurant, it may be a public health regulation that a hand sanitizer is present. There were a number of finger foods offered in the brunch with many common touch points on the utensils. This provides a high risk situation for spreading food borne illnesses.

We went to Easter brunch, food was not hot, coffee was lukewarm even after a fresh cup. Not enough food offerings, dessert table was sorely lacking. Waitstaff seemed very inexperienced. Cost was too high for the quality and amount of food. I have been to many Easter brunches, some fabulous ones in Salt Lake and Spokane, Bozeman needs to step up the game!!! Some big fresh floral arrangements would have brightened up the room and given so much ambience, its Spring and a brighter room would have been much better. I did not find the experience enjoyable.
