The food was great, and Eric our server was great! It was nice that the manager came and spoke to us to see how everything was. I love the atmosphere at Fire. It was my friend's first time at the restaurant, and she also had a great meal and loved the atmosphere.

Very limited menu and the one thing I wanted was not available because the cook forgot to order bacon. So I ordered a Cobb salad. Big mistake. The salad was 90$ lettuce with a hard boiled egg, a few crumbs of blue cheese, some sliced cherry tomatos and something thinly sliced that was inedible. I ate here last April for dinner and also had a bad meal. I thought they might have improved but I will NOT be back.

The Fire Restaurant and Lounge is a great place for an afternoon or evening meal. The atmosphere was superb, service was on point and the food was delicious. It was too hot the day we were there to enjoy the open Rooftop area. I know the rooftop with its firepits would be a wonderful place to be in cooler weather.

Table next to us was a large party and very loud. Service was great but a bit slow. Valet parking person was not there, had to wait for food 10 minutes.

Can’t figure out why this place isn’t more packed. We had a small dinner bachelorette party there and they were really accommodating letting us decorate and making a speciality cocktail. Food and drinks are good - creamy burrata, fried goat cheese salad - all of it was tasty. Went to brunch there recently - and that was yummy too. Truffle fries are a must! Ambience is great with outdoor seating, cabanas, and fire pits.

Took a while to be initially greeted but our waitress ended up being super awesome! The food was worth the wait! The half chicken w/ chimichurri and charred cauliflower salad with chive vinaigrette was just amazing!!

The FIRE hotel restaurant had some of the best ambience I've ever experienced at a restaurant. I specifically reserved a table by the window and the view of the city was breathtaking. The chairs felt like you were sinking into them in the best way possible. The service was nothing to write home about, a little slow at times, but overall positive. The food was also nothing to write home about, I had the butternut squash soup as my main and salted caramel torte for dessert. The soup was incredibly creamy, probably a quart of heavy cream in there, but I liked the pepita topping. The salted caramel torte wasn't quite what I was expecting, was a bit more cake-like and less torte-like, but the caramel topping and ice cream accompaniment were amazing. Cost was a minimum of $25 a person, so not completly outrageous for the experience we were getting. Overall, would recommend for special occassions/date night/girls night, etc.

I have been to this restaurant many times and always experienced a great diverse menu and good food. This most recent visit was quite frankly, embarrassing. The current menu is disappointing at best— few choices, and the food was less than inspiring. I will probably not keep this on my list of go-to restaurants.

Bread and butter - flavor was good but pieces were huge and hard to eat Butternut Squash soup - flavor was AMAZING but it was lukewarm at best Burger - undercooked Truffle fries - delicious! Pasta - very plain Coconut Carmel dessert - tasty Wish we could have had a bottle of water at the table. Glasses were small and needed refilling more often. It was bright and open so a little stark for dining at night.

The Easter buffet was absolutely subpar at best and I was embarrased to have brought my family here. The food was inedible; the only thing any of us could eat was fruit and for $70 a person; i would NEVER come back. The way the food was positioned you had to walk behind the servers station to get to have an omelet made or to the carving station which consisted of fatty, luke warm prime rib. The rest of the sparse options were put across the lobby from the entrance to the restaurant; TERRIBLE positioning. VERY few choices and NOTHING tasted right; overcooked asparagus, greasy, fatty bacon, French toast sticks with no syrup to be found were literally the only breakfast choices. Even the bakery options were flavorless; my 8 year old had to spit out her muffin it tasted so bad. The desserts were absolute cardboard pieces of rubber pie and marshmallow with a hard piece of chocolate beneath. I was in ABSOLUTE shock at the spread and the idea that the restaurant would get away with this level of ridiculousness still leaves me speechless. I do have to say the staff was more than willing to comp one of our meals and they truly felt bad but I can’t say they were surprised; I am telling you now : NEVER get a buffet meal here under any circumstance and I would never venture to come back even to order off the menu; I could just never bring my family back here after this experience; better luck next Easter 😖😖😖

The Pros: Charcuterie board was amazing and the foods on the buffet were fresh, hot and delicious; as was the prime rib! The service was very good and the setting is absolutely gorgeous. The Cons: The omelet station was a mess, and the lady who made my omelet didn't seem to care. She cooked my omelet on top of some dried, burnt egg from the prior omelet still in the pan and didn't pre-cook/sauté the other ingredients before adding the egg like the other cook did; which left me with a hot and crusty egg stuffed with cold and completely uncooked spinach plus other cold veggies and meat. The server, while both nice and attentive, offered a "bottomless mimosa or bloody mary" for $20. Since we don't drink, we asked if we could do the bottomless bloody mary virgin and he said yes. When we paid, we were each charged for every refill at $10/each instead of the $20 bottomless price which amounted to more than the $20 price we expected. These things aside - would highly recommend and just encourage you to skip the omelet station and double check your bill before paying.

BEST SERVICE!!! they made my friends birthday super special and the food there was amazing! They were super polite and made sure we had everything we needed. I never had to ask them for anything they were on top of everything. I forgot the waitress names but they were amazing as well as the manager. We were very satisfied with our experience here and definitely will be back . THANK YOU SO MUCH FIRE!

Maybe the most underrated brunch spot in Denver! Especially with patio season winding up, a sunny Sunday brunch on the terrace is ideal if you want great service and delicious food & drinks while avoiding the crowds. The passionfruit mimosa and bloody mary (that comes with jumbo shrimp!) are a must, and the breakfast sandwich is perfection in a freshly baked bun.

Thought the Caesar salad was drowning in dressing and breadcrumbs. Small slab of salmon on the side. There are no vegan options (aside from romaine salad w/o egg). Restaurant wasn’t full but took a little longer than I would expect for three salads to be delivered to table. Server did say that there was a new chef so….

The drink menu was so fun and different. I liked the menu set up as well. It’s a gorgeous room with a great view. The outdoor section would be so fun in the summer!

Everything was so well prepared. Especially loved the salmon and the butternut squash soup. Service was perfectly paced and the environment was great for leisurely conversation.

Not sure HOW this place is ranked so high, I think Denver has extremely low standards when the restaurant and hotel could provide the bare minimum of an experience. I came here last night, first off, the Open Table Site says there’s FREE valet parking. NOPE! It’s $7, the valet person didn’t open my door, left my door UNLOCKED the entire time I was sitting in the restaurant and didn’t bring my car out. What is the purpose of a valet person when they don’t even do the bare minimum? Next, the service was subpar at best. Rebecca, my server, half way through our visit felt it necessary to not serve our table anymore and chat it up with the bar tender. Because other servers had to pick up the slack, bring us our next dish, and process the payment. Lastly, the food - are you joking? My friend’s wings were the absolute WORST WINGS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. She complained and Rebecca didn’t offer to bring he a different dish, she offered hot sauce so she can create her own sauce to make the wings taste better. My Burger was nothing special, the ice cream cookie was hard as a rock. The experience was a complete joke. I know restaurants don’t bring their A game when it comes to 5280 week (they deliver subpar food for a cheap rate), but this wasn’t worth the drive over to the Art Museum to receive poor service AND poor food. What an absolute waste.

I enjoyed my evening at Fire! The ambiance was unique with it being on the 4th floor of the Art Hotel. The food and drinks were delicious. The calamari appetizer was my favorite. The polenta cake on the chicken entree was the best I’ve had. I will definitely be back to visit the patio in better weather.

Fire was a beautiful restaurant with a very friendly staff. Three of us went for Denver Restaurant Week. This allowed us to try a majority of the menu. The meatballs were very good as an appetizer. The calamari was decent. The fish and chips were very salty. The steak lacked flavor. The strawberry shortcake was very good. And the chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich was a novel idea. It was a decent experience but definitely could have used a better chef.
