My group was a party of Nine with a 4:30 reservation. We waited over an hour to be served . The manager was not nice and seemed upset that we questioned about the time and when our food would be ready . He said he would serve a table of two before us . The waiter Jeremiah was nice but the hour wait for food was terrible.

We made reservations for an early dining time and were seated promptly. The manager has been there for over 10 years. We appreciated him making the rounds and speaking to us, although he had no clue who we were. I was disappointed that no one made mention that my wife and I were celebrating both of our birthdays at lunch, even though we shared that fact in the comments section when we made the reservation. We were not trying to get a free dessert. We just answered the question "Are you celebrating anything" which we were. Also the prices have gone up significantly since the last time we dined here several months ago. All in all the experience was not the 5 star quality we have experienced on former visits to Firebirds.

So happy we were able to have one of our favorite servers, Heather. Started with the lobster queso which is always amazing. My husband had the New York Strip Steak with Southern Au Gratin Potatoes and I had the Filet with Shrimp and Baked Potato. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. We finished with the Big Daddy Chocolate Cake. So good!!!

As usual, great service and food! Tables are sort of tight on the floor making it a little too tight to move out of the chairs. Other than that, all was well!

Both meals (ribs and salmon) were delicious. Waiter was excellent. Wine selections were good. Arrived at 4:30 on Friday night. Didn’t realize early dinner prices were not available so paid more than I expected. Noise level was reasonable from 4:30 to 5:00. After which, it became very noisy which was disappointing. Not sure I would recommend as a couples night out restaurant. Might be better other than weekends.

Everything was wonderful! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Service was not great. I had to keep catching our server...or any server in transit with any request we had. Food took a long time to be served
