It was ok, I go to a lot of brunch spots so I know what to expect. I’ve never been to a restaurant were they give you plastic cups for your mimosas. I get being busy but seems to me you would keep extra glasses on hand especially doing brunch hours. The waiter didn’t take our order until we all knew what we wanted! He wasn’t the friendliest at all. We asked several time for them to mix the music up and they kept saying they would tell the manager but nothing happen. The food was good but overall experience was a no for us. Definitely will try another spot when we are in New Orleans. It didn’t give friendly atmosphere. Think about it who pays $18 for bottomless mimosas and they bring a small plastic cup and when the waiter comes to the table he’s doesn’t appear happy likes he’s being forced to do his job. I’m all for customer service I’m a supervisor of a financial institution so I interact with customers all day. Definitely wasn’t what we expected in my opinion and believe me when I say we brunch all the time. We have our regular spot we pay $12 for bottomless and we get the best service ever with glasses not plastic cups and they’re always busy with large parties as well!

We had a great time! We sat outside and they had a fan going, so that helped a little bit with the heat. I wish the portable a/c units were closer to where we sat. The food and mimosas were great per usual. Shoney was an AMAZING server!

Great place for brunch? Unlimited mimosas? Check (yes). Service was great, food was plentiful and delicious. Prices are fair considering that everything is expensive nowadays. lol. The funniest thing is that the to-go cups are like shot glasses. Overall, I'd go back again.

My family and I ate brunch today celebrating my birthday. Our waitress Felicity was friendly and responsive. The food was delicious. The Eye Opener Burger was so good as well as the Chicken and Waffles and the Taste of New Orleans. Great atmosphere and I enjoyed all of the photo op scenery. I plan to visit again for sure.

Food was very good, but everything took a long time even though the place wasn’t packed. Drinks took at least 10-15 minutes. One of our orders was wrong but the kitchen wrong not our server.

This is a cute place To eat. There were 2 large parties so the service was a little slow. The courtyard is huge and very shady so even on a hot day you’re almost guaranteed to get a seat. The food was super tasty. Some of the best red beans and rice I’ve ever tasted.

This restaurant is very close to the Higgins Hotel where my kids and I stayed. It was a short walk from the hotel. We highly recommend this gem for friendly service and great food. The house-made bloody mary was very good, and the chocolate mousse cake was enough for my daughter and I to share. Worth a visit if you are in NOLA!

In a city known for food this place falls flat. We got the sense the place is built around bottomless mimosas with the entire menu being an afterthought. In our party of 8 only 2 were satisfied with their food. Not sure I've ever been served wet toast (bread), bacon and eggs before.

This was my second time eating here (last time two years ago). The food was just as great as I remembered it to be! Our server Daniel was phenomenal! I recommend Daniel and this establishment! We went during the day in the summer but we were surrounded by fans so it was cool!

The food was really good per usual. However, the service was horrible. We didn't get our drink until 40 minutes after being sat. It was ridiculous. I understand being understaffed because I work in the service industry, however this was horrible. And management did not come out to assist.

Went for brunch with family. Got apps before I got the Bloody Mary I ordered. Service was meh. Food was not seasoned the best (greens), and pepperoni flatbread was more grease than pepperoni. This visit was not up to par as the previous two times we visited for brunch.
