We had a lovely time at Floris. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. It was a slow day, so it was quiet and we had great service.

Great service, atmosphere and food/drink. Suggest putting an age limit on patrons since there were squealing, crying babies in there while we were trying to enjoy a quaint and relaxing afternoon tea,

It was lovely. Our first time dining at Floris, as we were celebrating my mother's 96th Birthday. Beautiful interior and our waitress was delightful. The food was okay, but too many macarons. No one ate theirs as they are generally too sweet. Wished there were more variety to choose from. My scone was very hard but delicious nonetheless. All in all, a beautiful day for a marvelous occasion.

It’s a really terrific experience- the room is so pretty- our server was outstanding and very knowledgeable ( Jo) and the tea and food service was beautiful

Wonderful tea service. The Tea Tier was incredible with its variety of savory, sweet, and breads. The tea options were remarkable with a variety of black, green, white, and herbal teas and even several iced which was nice on a warm Richmond day.

The server we had was absolutely lovely. Very versed in everything on the menu, very welcoming and super sweet. We had a great time. I think more savory and less sweet would be my only menu comment.
