FOLIO is all about celebrating the Hudson Valley: its farms, its flavors, and those absolutely unbeatable mountain views. Open only during Shakespeare’s summer season, it’s a farm-to-table, fresh-and-seasonal spot where dinner feels less like a meal and more like a shared moment. A vibrant buffet spread of artisan cheese & house-baked breads, salads, vegetable preparations, side dishes, proteins, and desserts, can be enjoyed at your own pace.

Reservations are recommended as FOLIO books up quickly!

The buffet did not really seem like farm to table. M ost of what was presented did not seem especially fresh. Choices were predominantly vegetables.

Very nice buffet dinner before seeing Le Miz at the HV Shakespere Festival in Garrison. Nice cheese and salad bar. Entres included salmon, branzino, sausage and nice variety of seasonal salads. Great dessert bar too. Good service and food at a reasonable price.

Outstanding experience! On the grounds of the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Theatre, this farm to table restaurant offered excellent fresh offerings in a beautiful setting with the mountains behind it and the Hudson River below. Fantastic for sure!

We loved attending the Encores Pizza Party again this year after seeing a show at HVS! The pizzas were outstanding and it's all such a great value. We hope to visit again next season!

Our dining experience at Folio’s has been consistently excellent. The food is fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Service is super attentive and friendly. The ambience is wonderful whether you are seated inside or outside overlooking the gardens and the setting is just magnificent. I’m looking forward to my next visit there and cannot recommend it enough.

The ambiance was perfect. Everything was so fresh and so good! Love all the veggie options! Loved the idea of a buffet! All servers were so kind and welcoming and so attentive!
