   Nos ha encantado TODO, el Sr Arturo nos brindó una Atencion increíble y el chef muy amable acercándose a nuestra mesa, y pudimos conversar de todo un poco un gran gesto de su parte y toda la comida deliciosa, he pedido la sopa de lenteja y coconut con camarones fue absolutamente deliciosa, que gusto fue comer allí!

   We had a very professional and friendly server. On top of filling water, checking on our table and great suggestions. I prefer the eggplant Parmesan and it was very bland in flavor and the eggplant was very chewy. We have calamari and ink squid for appetizers and they were amazing! Wine was very well priced. Definitely will go back but, won’t order the eggplant.

   Good food at reasonable prices. I had Branzino and enjoyed that. My friends enjoyed the rib eye steak (nice portion size) and eggplant parm.

    The restaurant is overpriced Italian food. It was okay, but not what we expected. The wait taff was okay, but should have walked us through the menu more. The pasta dished should come with something ..a small veggie or side salad.

    We love this restaurant. Amazing food wonderful service. We like to go to Forchetta as a fun nice time--they always pamper their guests. It is a calm, quiet atmosphere--depending on who is playing at Spectrum Center. Great cocktails as well

    My husband and I visited Charlotte for our Anniversary. The morning of our departure we had breakfast at Forchetta and all I can say is wow!! Everything was beautiful and just as tasty as it looked. It definitely exceeded our expectations without a doubt. The night prior we stopped by for drinks at the bar before a night out on the town and so far we will definitely be visiting Forchetta again without a doubt!

    This is a Holiday Inn hotel ‘restaurant’. I wouldn’t even call it a restaurant for dining. We had breakfast and it was poor quality and overpriced without any ambiance as it alludes to. Food was barely edible. We like to go out after church for brunch and Forchetta was no where near standards as advertised. Menu has poor selection and quite limited. I would not recommend this for breakfast whatsoever and would not recommend for any other meal either based on breakfast standards. We will not be returning ever!

    We went for breakfast. This is just the breakfast buffet for the holiday inn hotel. The food wasn't too bad considering (my husband didn't like his special, but the actual buffet was ok, the kids ate free and they very kindly did a couple of pancakes and waffles for them even though that wasn't technically part of the buffet). But the whole experience was a bit strange. All the doors were locked despite signs suggesting otherwise, we eventually got in through the main hotel lobby. And at one point I went to the restroom and the restaurant door was locked when I tried to get back in.

    Found this hidden gem during Queens Feast! Will all be going back! From the moment we entered it was a special experience. Began with a friendly greeting from Sam, then taken care of by our pleasant and fun Server, Mitchell as well as others that were attentive to the diners. The evening included an opportunity to meet and chat with Chef Luca. Fabulous ! You can tell there is a passion for providing great food, great service and a good dining experience. We were a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed the night. Forchetta exemplifies what going out for a good meal should be!

    The appetizers were the best part of the meal. The Fagottini was incredible and the Calamari was also delicious. For the entree my husband got the Braised short ribs. The meat was cooked perfectly but it was sitting in a pool of honey mashed sweet potatoes which was overpowering in flavor. I got the Trout which was good, but I wish it had come with a slice of lemon to give it a bit more flavor. For dessert we got the Cookies & Cream cake and the Bread Pudding. I thought the bread pudding was delicious - very moist and I loved the caramel drizzle on top. The Cookies & Cream cake was just a piece of chocolate cake without much else to it. My husband's comment was that it was "missing the cream part of the Cookies & Cream." Atmosphere in the restaurant was great for a romantic evening out and the waiters and staff were very friendly and attentive.

    The food was impeccable! The chef cared about allergies and catered to our needs. It was great to try something new and have a variety on the menu, but not overwhelming. High quality food and actually quite surprised by the protions (larger than expected). Chef Luca did not disappoint!

    We went to Forchetta for restaurant week in Charlotte. The service was great, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The appetizers were amazing! I had grilled octopus that was so tasty. The main course just fell a bit short. Trout was over sauced and pasta dishes tasted oddly similar to Chef Boyardee.

    We went to Forchetta for Queen’s Feast and once again Chef Luca knocked it out of the park. His dishes are always innovative and never disappoint! And the best part is, there is always enough to enjoy the next day for lunch. Grazie Chef Luca and crew!

    Great place to be for an early New Years Eve meal before going to the Blumenthal. Had the squid ink pappardelle pasta - so much lobster and shrimp that I couldn't finish it. Arturo, our server, was exceptional.

    Enjoyed the meal overall, the entrees were better than the calamari we had for the app. Really enjoyed the Branzino and lasagna. The restaurant is beautiful and while a little close was still comfortable. Chin our waiter was the right level of attentive for us and provided recommendations. We sat in the back near the kitchen pass which was cool to see all the food as it came out and surprisingly while active it was not a distraction. The one concern was each time the front door opened it let very cold air in and we could feel it where we were. Overall, we would go back and try more.
