Step into an evening of understated luxury as FUMI transforms into an intimate Tokyo-style jazz lounge—one night only each month. Expect live Japanese jazz, low lighting, and a refined atmosphere designed for connection, conversation, and indulgence. From the first note to the final pour, every detail is curated to create a truly immersive dining experience. Guests are invited to enjoy our full à la carte menu alongside a selection of signature cocktails and Japanese whiskies, with live music performed throughout the evening. Whether it’s a date night, a celebration, or simply an escape from the ordinary, Tokyo Jazz Night at FUMI offers something rare: a moment to slow down, dress up, and be part of something special. Performance Schedule Doors open from 5pm, with tables available to book throughout the evening. Live jazz will be performed in two sets: • First set: 7pm–8pm• Interval: 8pm–8:30pm• Second set: 8:30pm–9:30pm Please choose your booking time with the performance schedule in mind. Guests booking before 7pm can enjoy dinner and drinks ahead of the first set, while later bookings may only coincide with part of the live performance. The band’s final set concludes at 9:30pm.
