There was a lot of families with kids, which is okay, but we asked for a manager to have them kindly ask the families to quiet their kids. She came out and started arguing about how it is a family friendly hotel, which what hotel isn’t family friendly, and was extremely rude. She argued for a while then finally after 10 mins compt our bottle of wine that we got. Absolutely ridiculous how to manger was acting. I am ambassador with Marriott and was diamond with Hilton. I have never complained before or argued with a manager. I will never stay at this grand Hyatt or any other again. This was absolutely ridiculous. All she had to say was “I am sorry for the noise levels and I will ask them to quiet down” instead she argued for 10 mins about how it’s a family friendly place. It legit sounded like a Dave and busters in this expensive restaurant in this nice hotel.

Caesar salad was drenched in dressing. Way too much. The lamb chops were OK. The chocolate chip cookie skillet with vanilla ice cream was excellent.

The service and food were average. Not a bad place for a quieter dinner after traveling all day, but Applebees level food quality.

Good, but not excellent food. Service was great. Birthday cake flavors were a bit strange but the skillet coolie was fantastic.
