I always enjoy this dining option because it combines the components that make for a great dining experience - Great service, inviting ambience, and excellent food. This is an inviting choice offering great Italian fare, nice beverage options and plenty of choices. I opted for the eggplant parmigiana, which was accompanied by a side of spaghetti. A classic dish that was well presented and an ample portion. Had a wedge salad to start and it was fresh, crisp and delicious. My wife opted for the beef short rib manicotti, which was a special and found it to be satisfying and unique. My daughter ordered her old standby, fettucine alfredo. This dish was rich and redolent of butter and cream. One of the key highlights was the Sicilian style fried calamari, lightly breaded, with red pepper flakes, white wine and a bit of lemon, and garlic. I loved it as it is a unique presentation from the standard offering. All in all a very nice experience that I recommend without hesitation. Service was attentive and efficient as well as pleasant.

I ordered eggplant parmigiana. When it arrived, the cheese on top was blackened and crunched as I cut it. The waitress replaced the meal and I ate after everyone else at the table was finished. Not my idea of a great dining experience. This is the first time I have been unhappy with Gianni’s.

For a over $40 plate, I expected my lamp chops to be better , one chop was all fat, and the knife they gave me was useless to cut with , I got frustrated and used my hands to eat with. Only had one chop since the other one was all fat.. wont be going there again. First and last time.

Meals were brought before the soups/salads and as servers realized they forgot those, they started to take away the meals. We had to tell them them to leave it and just bring the rest. Also, in the reservation, I noted was for anniversary. No acknowledgment whatsoever. We’ve been to this restaurant before and food always good and service in past has been solid. Disappointed this time and the restaurant wasn’t even all that busy.

We ate outside. Since there were so few tables seated outside, I felt a little forgotten. The bread plates and napkins came after we were almost done eating the bread. After that, things went well. Our waitress and the front desk staff were great. The food was good and plentiful.

Went to the Sunday brunch on Fathers Day. Food is always good and they made sure trays were always full. Crowded but too be expected . We have been to the brunch many times, no complaints. Of course I fill up on scrambled eggs and calamari.
