Sebastián Zuccardi makes wines that taste like the mountains they come from. High in Argentina’s Uco Valley, where the Andes meet the desert, he farms vineyards of stone and limestone-rich soil. His work has made him one of the most celebrated winemakers in South America. His estate was named the Best Vineyard in the World three years running, and Zuccardi was the first winery in Argentina to earn three perfect 100-point scores. On October 24, Sebastián joins us at Graciela to open his vineyard-site wines and rare bottles from the library, matched to a family style menu from our celebrated live-fire kitchen. Think ossobuco empanadas and warm fainá with a glass of something bright from the high valley, then meats cooked over open flame alongside his deepest reds.
