The food was good. The service was awful. Very slow. Never came back. Half of us got our food then later others got theirs.

Everything was so delicious as always! Excellent service and I highly recommend the cheesy dynamite crab glaciage as a topper for your steak AND mashed potatoes!

I regret to share that my recent visit to the Grand Concourse was far from enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the experience was riddled with issues that reflected poor service and cleanliness standards. Upon being seated, we were taken to an unclean table with a water bottle placed on one of the chairs and bread crumbs scattered across the floor. When I requested to switch to a cleaner table, the staff member who escorted us shockingly began to argue instead of accommodating the simple request. Instead of moving us, she brought over a broom and dustpan to clean the floor while we sat at the dirty table—an unprofessional and disruptive approach. When we were eventually moved to a new table, it presented its own set of problems. The table was tilted, making it difficult for my friend to eat comfortably. She had to carefully monitor her plate and hot tea cup to prevent them from slipping off, creating a serious safety concern. I was genuinely worried that she might burn herself. The service throughout the meal was equally unsatisfactory. The server next to the salad bar failed to attend to us promptly. When I noticed the fruit bowl contained smooshed and unappealing fruit, I asked if fresher options were available. To my dismay, the staff refused to bring anything else. Overall, the experience was terrible. The lack of attention to cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete disregard for guest comfort and safety made this visit unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone until significant improvements are made.

Brunch was great, friendly staff, liked that the Buffet's are divided up among the restaurant so the lines were low, only complaint was waiting for the drinks but enjoyed everything else 🙂

Everything was excellent except for the lady working the omelet/fresh donut. She was extremely rude when i stepped away for a moment to help my mom over to the area. Then when I returned she berated me for walking away without know what cheese I wanted in my omelet which was listed as chedder and she put feta in it and then got angry again when i said no I wanted cheddar which is what was listed in the meat lovers omelet. I even let that all go Then when I went to the donut station I got screamed at and berated for leaving the tongs where the donuts where and told to put it back where the sign was and when I said the was no sign she picked it up and yelled it's right here....she ruined an otherwise awesome experience with the attitude...otherwise everyone else was great very attentive and the food was really good...the only other complaint was we were asked if it was a special occasion and it was my mom's and daughters bday and no one even acknowledged their birthdays
