Decent food but WAY overpriced. Even with a 2-for-1 Passbook, our bill was $70 for 2 entrees, tip, and a couple of sodas. The atmosphere is good, but we were seated next to the bar, where several young drunks were yelling. It was almost impossible to talk amongst ourselves. The table next to us relocated, as they were equally annoyed. Seems the group at the bar was overserved, and the dining room guests suffered as a result. The $35 braised beef was good enough, but I could have cooked it just as well at home for $5 (for a portion that size). The salmon was better, and a larger portion (but also not worth $35). Too many good restaurants in Denver to give Local Jones another try (mostly because of the haut Cherry Creek prices). Neighboring restaurants have much better food at lower costs.

We ordered the chicken schnitzel, the avocado toast and the blueberry pancakes. Everything was amazing! Especially the blueberry pancakes. They were fluffy, soft, sweet, with an orange twist and a churred savory butter. Will come back later for sure!

Honestly was so disappointed. I love the avocado toast and it was severely lacking. Seeds weren’t cleaned off the peppers so my mouth was on fire and the usual amount of cooling avocado was half the anoint it should have been. I didn’t send it back because we were celebrating a birthday for my mom. I had to ask for salt and pepper and coffee refills. Avoid LJ. Management is non existent and never offers to fix the problem.

The server may have had a bad night. They took 15-20 minutes to greet us after we were sat in their section, forgot items, let out drinks run dry, took our final check to a different table on the opposite side of the restaurant, and it was disappointing.

Very disappointing brunch. We had my son's fiance's family in town. Made a brunch reservation for 8 and we sat and sat and sat while everyone around us was served. Finally someone apologized. But our food was horribly late. My son had a plane to catch so he basically had to box up his hot chicken schnitzel and run. I expected at least something to be comped on the bill but didn't happen. We will not be back and will not recommend.

Since Covid it’s been hard to find a place to eat where they check all the boxes. Something usually sucks. But Local Jones had super friendly staff..everyone who helped us was great. We were supposed to have 10 people and it ended up being only 4 and the staff was kind anyway, not showing disappointment for what would be a smaller tip. I had asked for a quiet spot and they gave us the “library” which was a room closed off with heavy curtains that kept the noise out, which was loud due to them having a DJ at brunch. We all enjoyed our food and we’re pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. We’ve learned to expect little and are always so happy when our expectations are far surpassed. The only thing of note is when the curtains are closed on the library, the room gets pretty cold, so bring layers.

Myself and two friends had lunch. A pleasant surprise not to have screaming “Muzak” in ones ears! The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, from helping me AND paying for my parking (I was having a problem online), to attentive and friendly service. Apparently, it was the bartenders day off but our waiter stood up to the challenge and presented us with three wonderful martinis! The food was excellent. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Iris our server was OUTSTANDING! The food was delicious and she was absolutely lovely, knowledgeable, warm and attentive. We forgot what good service felt like until Iris waited on us! Fried Chicken was juicy, flavorful and DELICIOUS! My burger was fantastic. The desserts are insane! The Key Lime Pie is so good! We had a wonderful evening and so glad to add Local Jones to one of our favorites here in Cherry Creek!

3 of us liked our food. The one who had fried chicken did not. Crispy salmon was great. Homemade pasta was also wonderful. The fried chicken was tough. Too overcooked. Not juicy and did not pull off the bone well.

We had a reservation, but they tried to seat us at a table right next to the main door on a cold night. We asked to be seated instead in the bar area. My husband ordered fried chicken and it came out cool, not hot. At the table next to us, the diner was loud and dropping the F bomb every other sentence, along with other inappropriate language. I understand this was not the restaurant’s fault, but it was annoying.
