Tucked away in an old cobbled yard between Cannon Street and Bank stations, Harry's Bar & Dining Room has a great atmosphere and prides itself on the quality of its food, wine and service, being professional yet friendly. Offering a fine British/Modern European cuisine the menu includes dishes such as new season Smoked Salmon Gravlax, or Seared Venison Loin Harry's Bar is renowned for the quality and freshness of the ingredients and, in particular, the char-grilled Scottish fillet steaks which are always a winner! A little gem in the City, smart yet homely surroundings and faultless service, and a very easy place to feel comfortable in.

Can be a bit noisy at times and bit hard to converse with one’s friends but I guess you will always get one or two loutish city gents having a boozy lunch . Otherwise ambience and service good .

Great ambience as well as service. The quality of food is good but not fantastic- We had Swordfish and Steak both were a little dry. Also perhaps menu a little limited ?

I'm a big critic of lunch and dinner places. A big foodie and expect high service (I"m not a dick though. I promise. Cant stand dicks. But this place is epic. I loved it. The menu was a delight to choose from - you know that "dont actually know what to choose, I would delight in eating any of it" way. Yup - great experience. Think this is the first ever restaurant review I have written!!!

Oddly, I'd never had the Fettucine Mare-Monti before: a delight. Favour, you nailed the Manhattans, thanks. On this hot evening all the hubbub was above ground, but Chloe, as usual, kept the service flowing despite most staff being upstairs. Good aircon too!
