When we arrived the car parking machine wasn't working and we were escorted out to the machine by the manager to confirm this fact. Felt this was a little OTT. I ordered steak and it was absolutely awful; it was actually a complete lump of fat. Complained and had the cost removed from the bill. My husband had asked for his steak to be medium but it arrived rare (he was too hungry to complain). Once the waitress realized we weren't leaving a tip she became quite snippy. The toilets were filthy - a layer of dust on everything and broken door locks. All in all not up to the usual Harvester standard in my opinion
