Our restaurant, located in the heart of downtown Budapest, reflects out concept of gastronomy bringing to life more than a classic bistro, not yet fine dining, contemporary yet understandable. We are thinking of international cuisine in Hungarian, with French characteristics. And what does that mean? Our country-wide cuisine is diverse and, while keeping in mind traditions, we bring it to the eyes (and mouth) of our guests with modern design and uncompromising quality. We attach great importance to the local sourcing, respect and sincere presentation of our raw materials on our plates. Our Hungarian flavors ensure that the offer always has familiar features, while the French overtones give the food its sophistication and passion. All of this is accompanied by a selection of wines, a selection of craft beers and a truly unique coffee.

Great service and lovely venue. The food was well presented but not as good as we'd expected based on reviews. I had the duck breast which was quite tough and the skin not crispy, the veal was very tender. The menu was quite limited which can sometimes be a good thing but none of the dishes had a wow factor.

A spectacular meal at Hoppa! Bistro. We were not disappointed with the quality of food or the friendly efficient service. We are English speaking so we're well catered for by fluent staff. Very well priced for the level of quality of food, the potato and steak tartare starters were particularly excellent, the flavour profile was balanced well. Also the cocktails we enjoyed were just right. Many thanks!

We booked Hoppá for our first night in Budapest and it was excellent. Food was delicious, especially the pork chop, drinks were lovely, good wine and it was very reasonably priced. Most of all the service was 10/10 especially from Balazs.

This is a wonderful restaurant. The food and service are excellent. Well presented dishes with excellent flavours. A friendly welcome and good service throughout.

Google mapで見つけ予約して伺いました。グヤーシュは具材の乗った皿に後からスープをサーブするスタイル。じゃがやにんじんがたっぷりゴロゴロと入ったオールドスタイルが好みな方にはちょっとお勧め出来ないかも。味は牛の出汁がしっかりしていて大変結構でした。マンガリッツァカツレツはとても柔らかく、付け合わせの細切りにして巻いた胡瓜のピクルスのような物と相性がよく、合わせて食べると何とも言えないハーモニー。ビールも美味しく頂きました。
